I happen to arrange engagement party of my sister here but found the services very pathetic as AC was not working and have to manage everything on our own. The staff was not at all cooperative and the food quality was also very bad . I have given it 1 star as I had no option to give 0 star rating. Hope they learn
One of the worst property for the hotel in agra their is no service available ....They dont have proper staff to handle the concern the dont provide any kind of amenties...They dont have packaged drinking water the dont have Tea/Coffe.. The washroom tap were not working....especially the flash ......Not only this,the tv is not working.......pathetic service.........
Very poor service. The room was not even worth the price. The room has an opening through the window which open in an adjacent room type area and that leads to corridor. Washroom has an window area which was having a net and that also opens in that same adjacent room. This hotel is couple friendly hotel on oyo but trust me this kinda hotel can not be trusted anyway. The staff were also not available , no kitchen facility was available. They didn't even provide the oyo body wash and shampoo. The washroom bucket was so dirty, shower was not working and the list goes on. I tried to ask room service 3-4 times about the ac remote and they provide the remote but without the batteries..... I have paid for breakfast, but they didn't even gave thought to provide it early. In short....not worth not worth not worth at all.
Pathetic service. I visited hotel with my family. My father has cellulitis and has various wounds as I already told on help desk . Hotel Lift got stuck for 50 minutes me with my family got stuck into it , hotel boss keep saying it will take just another 5 min, my father was crying with pain but no hope finally lift got started after 50 min and hotel staff put my father in a banquet hall where there is dirty bedsheets with damaged bed is there. I waited for another 1 hr and finally one person mr. Aditya told me to shift to some other hotel as lift will take longer to start. I finally booked another hotel. Very poore service , doesn't care their customers. I already booked a complaint on Oyo to remove this hotel from their list. -1 rating.
Place and banquet hall available at very reasonable rate . Ok food and arrangement for average budget. Overall budget friendly venue. No parking arrangement. Parking at your own risk. Surrounded by busy market.
Average hotel , no welcome experience hotel looks untidy,. Good for marriage stay but not for personal or official stay. It is cheap but need to improve on amenities and service. Parking place is also not available u need to park the vehicle on roads.
Full saftey to stay a family. And very friendly staffs and Md also. Over all good
