Well the place is in central area all transportation, but around that road was not clean ..mall matket within walking range. Talking about service and staff and hotel room. It is the best you can find in the area. Economical, Clean and Lovely staff. Thanks for such a wonderful service. ..
1. Extra rude staff - i guess they completely are unaware of the fact that they're into "hospitality" business. Without checking my itinerary he denied me admission. 2. Shabby and dirty rooms - all the bedsheets and bedcovers blankets were very dirty and not changed before the previous stay. Checkout pictures you can see all the stains and shabbiness 3. Red Ants and Bugs in the bed. Couldn't sleep all night as are tiny friends didn't let me. Overall please avoid this place. Paid 1000 rs for 3 hours of stay and checked out.
Its interior is is good. Hotel is very good. But its location is very out. If you are for vacation, don't stay here because are is very strange and no city is nearby. Also staff needs to improve there performance. And they are not accepting any digital payment method, this makes very irritating. No nearby places are there for eating and also not for visiting. No atm is near this hotel.
Worst behaviour by Staffs. And I have done Booking from MMT for Oyo Room. After reaching hotel Receptionist denied to check-in due to low tarrif. They said to contact MMT and Nonsense staff kept me waiting for 2hrs in Reception and Fuc**** from MMT said me that they will be calling me by 15min but I waiting for 45min for the call than I myself called them to know the status again they waited me for 30min. In this way I have to wait for more than 2hrs. Finally I got dirty room. Please don't visit to the Hotel. Many other Hotels are for your Best stay.
The rooms were not properly maintained. The bathroom was very smelly and untidy.
Thirdclass hotel ever... Nd very rude staff of this hotel.. Advice you all to not go in this hotel... Instead go to hotel red rose that is hotel 100% better then this... Attached pic of that receptionist who is telling that this my property in very rude language with customer is this good??
