OYO 23285 The Diplomat Lodging - Hotel in Nala Sopara - Palghar, India

My experience is so horrible with this hotel, i booked a room from oyo n i already payed full amount but when i reach the hotel bald person on reception there receptionist Denied to give me check in n started asking for more money and talking so rudly and then I contact tu oyo helpline then he deined mi for another fake reason of age im 18+ n on my id my age is 18 completed but he give me a reason that you should must be 20 year old to have a room n on oyo i checked there is written you must be 18 yr old he give me fake reason because i don't give him more money as they said that why they deined to give check in i will never ever recommend to visit here

They are scammers they advertise through oyo,brevystay and other apps. 1st time u book online they allow u to check in but they will tell you not to book next time time online instead to come direct and they charge way more than the online price. If u book online for 2nd time they will deny u check in and if u argue with them they will even fight and manhandle you. Bedsheets are tored and stinky dirty. I am going to lodge a complain against them in 3 days time in consumer forum and lodging hotels forum. The manager who is bald on the reception is the Gunda there so even spoken to Sir Hitendra Thakur at his office he had assuered me he will send his worker to help me take action against these scammers.

Location is good but ....room lilen was very dirty... Washroom shower area was not cleaning Reception boys was not to be help full... worried stay....my booking now 1 room classes rooms 1100/- They receive boy said me 1300/- pay now but why I asked now thay don't reply me...I am not happy...

This hotel management is not good ... They lie with customers .. they demand more money more then booked money... They are lootera.. don't go this hotel ...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Book directly for great deals. Cooperative staff. Owner gave room as promised. No need for advance booking. Thanks

Rooms are so small.... But location is good because the hotel is in the middle of the market soo you can get everything whatever you want... Soo that is only the plus point.... Food is also good

I've stayed at this hotel for a day and everything about it was perfect. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great. The only problem I faced was check-in because they charged me an extra 1000 that I don't think I should have had to pay but it was worth it overall.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were all working. I was a little disappointed with the size of the room, but it's not that big of a deal. It's not the same as what is shown in the website, but it's still a good hotel.
