OYO 23030 Hotel Gtv Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Hotel is located in proximity of Yesvanthpur Railway station. It is at a walk able distance from the station. The hotel can however provide better service in terms of cleanliness and customer support. The room service needs to be improved a lot and also the amenities that are provided to customers can be more better. Room service surely needs to be improved and they should provide menu card for ordering of foods. Also there is no power back up in the hotel, so once the electricity supply is gone be ready to brace to that, It happened to me twice in the wee hours of morning but I was lucky that the supply was regulated in short amount of time. Overall the hotel needs a better infrastructure and services.

I was bee there in June 2019 * Great service *Decent place for place *Located in good area where u will not get noise from anywhere *No disturbance in room service * Tv an ac was also very good working * Hot water service is available *They don't have hotel service (might be) * Great counter boy who had given a great service .. *Bed an bedsheets are very clean *Book through OYO room u will get a great discount * We both used the room in just 700 rupees an that is also with such a great ambiance .... * Keep is up...

Worst hotel I have ever been to!! It's actually not a hotel it's some kinda complex made into hotel!!! The receptionist was some guy who was sleeping on floor he was so rude!! I amenities that have mentioned parking facility available but in reality it's not! When asking about it the guy said the owner has simply addedd it! On calling Oyo thy r saying road side parking is available! We don't book to have roadside parking OYO!! PLEASE HAVE A VERIFICATION CHECK BEFOR THE OWNER PUTS THE PROPERTY ONLINE!!

It's a nice place for a short stay . I don't recommend it for families . Don't trust Oyo and book the place you can directly go their and book or call them rooms will be available. They need to make changes in the standard of cleanliness . I found the matress dirty which made me uncomfortable for the stay.

very bad bad bad hotel... no service... rudely behaviour all hotel staff.... very poor.. really... shut down this.... all staf are the con and recipnist also...

Good hotel..the staff was very helpful.. although needs some improvements in the service..but all in all its a really good place with close proximity to yeshwantpur railway station too

Nice budget hotel, friendly staff. Worth for money. Suggest to all who is traveling for business purposes. Abit noisy but not in nights.

Best place near IISC ,they serve you good ,rooms genuine ,ask them for TV remote ,AC and breakfast coupon(mine was free by oyo) ,must drink nariyal paani near it and the best part the south indian restraunt beside it,have a delicious food,if u r found of South Indian food ,even if not try it !!
