Location is absolutely fantastic. So is their Service. All with a smile. Rooms are also very good, maintenance can be a bit better. For example, television is provided, but flickered sometimes. Flask that was provided was not very clean. Bathrooms are also same, if better maintained, then it will be an even more amazing place to stay. Stayed during the Pujas with friends, and the hotel made the stay even better. Parking facility might be a problem though, just talk to them if you need parking.
Very unprofessional staff..don't know how to talk with customer..rest rooms are good except cottage.its good that they serve vegetarian food.
I stayed here for just for one night. The room was clean and staff were kind. It's located right in middle of one of the most popular and central location of Kolkata - ParkStreet. It's definitely a pocket friendly accommodation and value for money for the location alone. Wouldn't mind coming back here and staying
Terrible! I checked in late at 12am and was so tired. I wanted the best so I booked the villa. The sheets was not clean. No water bottle in the room I had to call at 1am to get one and was chargeable! The villas are in 9th floor which is not mentioned online. And washroom was not okay needs a fix. I was really so inconvenient. I would recommend: don't book online see the rooms or villa then pay.
