OYO 22886 Virasat - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

Classic rooms are pathetic. Poor room service. No sense of responsibility as I was traveling with two senior citizens. Bed sheets were dirty. No mosquito repellent was provided. Earlier it was nowhere mention that outside food is not allowed and it was written on the walls of the hotel and food was too costly with no taste. It is sad to say that I had worst experience at this hotel.

1. Do not go there. You will regret if you stay there. 2. Very bad staff behaviour. They do not understand anything. They are illiterate and 'ganwar' ppl out there. 3. Staff become aggressive on every point. 4. You might be beaten by hockey stick.

The hotel representative was highly unprofessional and talks like a roadside hotel. He doesn't understand the value of a customer and degrading the brand value of Oyo and playing with the trust of the customer who have high recall value for Oyo. When I reached oyo and told requested room as per my booking. Firstly, he completed denied for giving us room. Then, I complained to Oyo and after the conversation with Oyo ,he agreed to give us room. The service was also very bad. When I was checking out the hotel, he asked shamelessly to give 5 rating to my stay experience at his hotel. They are running behind creating fake rating by proving below average service.

They'll never take any online payment. If you book a low cost classic room there then they'll it's already full and you need to pay for deluxe room to sray in this hotel. It's my third visit to this hotel and the experience is worst than any other Oyo in Patna

Location is very easy to find. Cost was different and higher than the Booking cost by Oyo app. Foods are very Disappointing and very Costly..in simple words, this Hotel is bad at Kitchen service..no outside food allowed..there are many nearby hotels to this Hotel which are far better in this Price.

Room is good,but bathroom was dirty,broken dustbin staff behaviour is very rude.. they forcefully took my phone and give themselve 5 star rating.. apart from this they started disturbing before 11am to check out.. As an individual i will not suggest anyone to go to this hotel.. very very disappointed with the nature of hotel staff.. avoid going there.. also wifi was not working most of the time..

It was a fabulous hotel , excellent for families. I loved it. Best place to stay in patna with reasonable price. Very Good Budget Hotel. Neat & Clean every where. Good Location near to railway station and airport. Experienced staff.

Very nice hotel , excellent services and staff were very polite n hospitable ...must recommend to stay whenever you visit Patna !!!
