As they had committed that it is open for families also and not only OYO customers we get a worst experience by staying there with family. Very poor bedding system with least staff management. Do not stay there with kids and aged family members. (Smokey area and worst bathing rooms.) Worst experience ever.
Very poor.there is no water in washrooms even after complaining, AC not working properly, service very very slow rooms are not clean and no complimentry water to drink.very bad experience.
Service and location is very good ..staff behaviour was also very good .. but the rooms were not near n clean ..they dont change the bed cover after one guest check out as when we checked in we found dirty bedcovers full of hair on it ..bed covers & blanket covers are shabby dirty ..bathrooms were smelly ..not good for family stay or long stay ..first they gave me very small room but whenwe asked to refund they provided us with a bigger room.. but with same issue little unhygienic.. If improves these issues it will be a nice place to stay
Very bad and tiny room, bathrooms were so dirty. Air conditioner not working. Service was very poor, after calling several times they send someone for service. Shower was not working. Not toiletries. No hygiene. I have booked the room for 3 nights and I had worst experience.

Definitely the worst hotel I have stayed at till date. Bad service made worse by people handling reception of the hotel. Very unhygienic condition of the rooms and half the facilities are not working (including the bathroom geysers). It takes room service an hour to deliver a cup of tea for breakfast. Look for literally any other option rather than staying here.
