OYO 22663 Qlark Rooms & Lawn - Hotel in Delhi - North, India

Visited the hotel. it doesn't have any standards. located in a interior area. It has parking facility but you will find a narrow pass to get there. Hard to locate. power cut for short intervals were frequent. Cleanlines of rooms- 3/5 Cleanliness of premises - 1/5 (due to totally messed stairs). lift was not functional whole of time. Intercom was not working when I tried. Many more reasons for not choosing this hotel, so stay away.

1st thing is that, we waited at Least 1 hour over there & receptionist doesn't care about that, if we asked about room then she was saying when I 'll I get key of the room then will provide u, this is incident happened at 1.30 pm on 22nd September, these things I have faced first time over there, Their management isn't good & manager can't control on their staff. I am suggesting you plz change receptionist & hire well educated who can handle guests & staff as well

They actually do have a huge lawn. And the rooms are good too. I didn't try their food soni can't comment on that. But the LED Tv's that they use weren't the cheap ones like in other OYO's. The washrooms were unexpectedly clean too. I personally haven't had good experiences with OYO in delhi. But I'll call this one an exception.. OYO's in gurgaon and other parts of NCR are relatively better then the one's in Delhi.

The room was Full of mosquitoes. Upon complaint a mortein coil was given that smoked up the entire room and still didn't kill the enough of them. TV didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. Bedsheets had blood and sperm stains. Bed was a 5 inch foam mattress which felt comfortable for the first few hours but gave me severe back pain in the morning. Hotel staff was horrible. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Just A Rubbish Place, With Rubbish Manager, Rubbish Room, rubbish service, Rubbish everything, simply dont ever, i repeat, Dont ever book this hotel. You will surely regret.. This is not a family hotel, only teenagers couples go there, i assure you that. You will get the towel after 7 or 8 hours after 5 or 6 calls to them The rooms are dirty, wierd smell, Untidy bathrooms, Tv wont work, AC wont work( 90% of them are window AC) without any remote. Food supply is worst. We had to go outside for Meal, and thanks to the area no restaurant nearby. we only purchased some snacks from outside. Well overall this is a rubbish Hotel with Rubbish Area. Everything is just totally Bekar.

A great place to check in, away from the bustle and bustle of the main city.

Few reasons why I have rated this hotel as poor 1) It is very difficult to locate this place as it is very interior and in a dirty place. 2) Rooms were not that clean on top of that there was no latches for the room and the bathroom. 3) Staff here are so irritating that they ll knock the door at odd hours (4.30 AM) and have nothing to tell other than sorry. 4) Last but not the least, worst experience was that we had to attend one of our friends reception, we came to the hotel and the gate was locked as there was some function in the hotel and some issue between the owner and the other party. The gate was locked where none of us could get in and do nothing other than waiting outside the gate for more than a hour.. The watchman was telling us to cancel the booking if we can't wait which we couldn't do because our luggage was in the hotel. Later when we spoke to the receptionist, we got a careless answer.

The property is good. It is large and spacious. But I have given it three stars because I didn't like the rooms much, though they are spacious, yet washrooms aren't upto the mark, they weren't very clean, there were open windows directly into the duct, which I don't appreciate.
