OYO 22471 Middle East Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Stayed for 4 days. For 4 days there was no functional TV as they kept on saying it will be recharged by afternoon, then by evening, then by night, then by morning. Like this 4 days passed, but they never recharged set top box. Seems like their strategy to save money. Also first day, AC was non functional, there was no remote. Finally second day they shifted me to other room. Very bad experience.

Very good hotel to stay. Nice room and affordable. But AC remote is missing and reception says there is not another remote but my Redmi Note 4 IR blaster is savior for night.

Am not satisfied with their hospitality .... Still a lot to improve ... We booked for 3 person & they had provided with a double bed ... Lift Issue : Room allocated for me was on 3rd floor & I was forced to use the stairs min 2-3 times a day. Hope these issues are because of new management .... They will rectify these issues & treat customers like king

Really a very very bad and horrible experience..Don't opt for this property at all... They will do false commitments and end up with absolutely nothing... They charge for every single thing u use...a Lil tea spilled on the bedsheet and they started asking money for new bedsheet.. Even they charge for the complimentary breakfast also saying that tea is not included in the breakfast.. Also the ac is fixed in the room but they will say it's not working and hence won't allow u to use it at all but they will charge for it.. We reached at 130am after movie and the property in charge was like we have only one room left in which ac dsnt work if u want u can go somewhere else.. They take advantage of ur situation and also the area is too dull, not like wat it looks in the app and pics... So better stay anywhere else but not at this place.. Extremely pathetic place.. Enter at ur own risk

Small room, small bathroom with a small useless mirror, u'll feel suffocated, windows are useless, incests and unhigenic bed, no remotes for A.C,if you ask for WiFi password they'll say problem in WiFi, if u ask for extra towel they'll not provide that also. Unfriendly behaviour from reception. #IF_U_DONT_BELIVE_ME_THN_BOOK_IT_AFTER_THAT_PLEASE_GIVE_FEEDBACK.

Never ever book this room. The staff is terrible. I booked a room here using oyo and when I reached here all the way from airport which is 35 km away from here at 11pm, they said very irresponsibly that all the rooms are full. Please don't book rooms here. I even request Oyo to blacklist them.

I'm using Oyo from long time and other hotels but this hotel was full at Oyo but they had one room and they gives for 600 rupees TV was not working room was small ok no problem just one night stayed after next day want to check out at 10 they telling me pay for two days I said no why should I pay for two days they said if u check in 9am next day 10am we'll be two days I didn't agreed and they try to beat me up they had the police contact they didn't want to give our I'd card I was so scared and they ask me to pay 1000 and I payed it was really scared never again to stay at this hotel very bed experience

OYO operated hotels are cheating, if you are business travelers. Be sure OYO property provide you receipt on your cash payment before leaving hotel. Worst customer support regarding payment made / refund.
