The toilet flush was not working and owner had no interest in fixing it. Food served was horrible and expensive. There was a fridge that did not work, cupboard was broken. Towels, bedsheets were never changed on daily basis. Room was fine. It had a balcony. And proper lights.
I stayed here for 3 days. Hotel rent is not too high not too low. Smooth check in check out. Nice bathroom. Staff members are very good and they had provided me very good service. I had my best Buffet breakfast here.
Hotel is inside small roads, there are no rooms in ground floor, there is no lift, so you have to climb two floors to reach the room. Strict no for elderly with joint problems, there is no room service, no intercom also, there is no cook so complementary breakfast is bread butter jam! The owner didn't have the courtesy to atleast keep towels, soap in the room, only after demanding he keeps it. Rooms are too small claustrophobics beware!!! Overall small rooms priced too much.
A very good budget accommodation. Though location is away from main roads, it's a good choice to stay in. They don't have kitchen but can bring food to you from nearby restaurants. The room was clean and AC was working very well. The only thing that needs improvement was bathroom.
The room is good. But the price is in higher side as per the locality and facilities. Good support staff. No lift in 3 story building. Looks like a house converted into hotel.

It is located very near to Khandagiri, a tourist spot at bhubaneswar. Rooms are neat and clean but not very specious. Bathrooms are ok. Have a rooftop restaurant. It is good for short business trip or a tourist trip at bhubaneswar.
Rooms are on second floor and no lift available. Cleanliness need to improve . Room service is available but the plates and cups they serve in were not cleaned properly.
