OYO 22375 Hotel Shree Sai Prasad - Hotel in Mumbai, Poshir - Raigad, India

Extremely bad service. Behavior of the hotel manager and reception girl is very bad. They don't know how to behave with customer. I was visited this hotel recently with my wife and we earlier booked room through oyo. When we reached the hotel and asked for online payment, the lady at reception and manager told us that if we will do online payment then they will cancel the booking and charged me higher amount and not ready to give us bill or invoice for the same. I was tried to contact to oyo for the same but didn't got any support. As we are new to this area and there was rain outside and remote area hence we made payment higher than that of actual When we go to the room, we found room is uncleaned and bed and towels are used one and not changed after check out of previous customer. There was dirt and blood strains found in bed. We have complained the same to manager but manager was very rude and denied our request for the room clean and change of bed cover. AC remote and TV remote are also not workable. Also not given wifi password although we requested, told is that no Wi-Fi facility available. Hotel restaurant is not in service. I have requested for one chair and hotel manager and room service staff say no. Intercom not working, bell not working. Not ready to provide toilet set. Room service staff insufficient, Extremely poor service. I am really never seen this type of bad service provided by any hotel. If possible I will rate a big zero to this hotel.

The place is quite good and the staff is courteous. Only the food served was limited but we were informed its unlimited. We were restricted to have only 2 bhakris/rotis, this subsides because the taste of the chicken served was delicious. Some of the rooms don't have TV's working. Overall a very good experience and stay. Recommended!

It is hardly 1.5-2 kms away from Stn and hardly 4-5 kms away from Bhivpuri waterfall. Rooms were ok. But the room in which stayed wasn't that good. Had lot of cockroaches in bathroom, no latch, and no glass on hole of door so one can easily see from outside if someone is standing in bathroom door. No bottle of water was provided during visit. AC was not working. No cable. And electricity was constantly going.

This published image is misleading. It Is not that spacious as it looks. It is roadside, surrounded by village n just beside the Railway tracks. Only upper rooms are spacious. Service is not much great. Heater will not work n staff can't control noisy people around. Near to matheran if u have vehicle.

Very bad hotel near matheran . AC not working but they show you room. Room are good you feel that you book it. After you book then story star, no service, no AC working in room. Very bad experience as they take money first in advance. . I say don't stay here as rooms are also book by OYO. Really very bad experience in food also. They bring food from outside and food is also low quality and quantity. Please don't stay here

Very decent hotel . Hotel is close to karjat station . waterfall is also near .Hotel rooms are clean . with pleasant view of mountains .electricity goes every time but they have generators so not a problem . swimming pool is not so clean but adjustable . they have a rain dance with DJ . overall Good hotel in budget .

Excellent stay. The rooms are big, bright and clean. Food was so delicious specially Chicken triple rice. Manager and the staff are polite and helpful. Services are provided on time.

The main thing is rooms r very clean n spacious. Manager n staff behaviour is very good... You can even get food at the same premises.. Had a nice experience with my frnds here..
