OYO 22315 Hotel Rajdoot Gaurav - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Stayed for 4 hours only, it was great experience by service. Management was supportive and taking immediate action on requests. One star less as bathroom was not upto the expectation. Bathroom knob was broken and ceiling paint was coming out. As I was there for short duration, I didn't checked all these before taking room. Location is good, variety of food options available nearby. Transport is also available easily. They provided us ealry check in without any questions.

Bed service towards,attendents are local boys wearing dirty casual cloth and sleepers, lack of attenting guests in manner, No full time manager is available at reception all time,no water facility at reception, No phone is available at service area for asking tea extra, open tea is provided in avarage cup, Need to educate and training for all staff is really required to improve hotel business and customer satisfaction. Best wishes.

Rooms are cozy along with the pricing of food. Location too amazing. But the location on map isn't shown precisely. But ultimately they serve as quick as wink of eye " Let's say super fast when they do paperwork"

As expected very very good place to stay and very cooperative staf people, always ready to help their customers , room are very good food quality and quantity both are good. Location is also best. Room service is fabulous. In short best place to stay with family, alone or with your loved once.

Poor place , without any maintenance. If you are staying here or thinking of that then don't. You will feel like wasting hell!!!! Place surrounded by mosquitoes, cockroaches etc. Rooms smell , Room service is worst. Actually what happens is if you ask for hotel at railway Station the auto rickshaw people will take you here suggesting this is good one " have faith" but don't trust them. All rickshaw people have there share. There are plenty options available around search them and go there.

Worst experience with oyo. Starting from the beginning , when I checked in at around 6 pm the receptionist was sleeping on the lobby couch, I went to awake him , than he got up and checked the booking. He than gave me a room which was dirty. The used plates were lying in the room. Than I changed the room and other room that he gave me was also not up to date. The washroom was stinking, there were cockroaches in there. The wardrobe was dirty, there were no hanger or something. A wooden piece was lying over there in wardrobe. The wires were out near the socket. The bedsheet was torn , the phone was not working, the kitchen was not ready. Most of the channels were not activated on tata sky. There were so many problem. I shouldn't even give one star.

I booked a room in this hotel for a day, 2 days prior of my arrival. One day prior i paid online for the room. I got a confirmation call as well. When i reached the reception the receptionist said "we have stopped working with oyo due to money issues. please contact them and tell that you have problems checking in". obviously oyo was busy so i couldnt speak to them and in the evening when i was mind-numbingly tired, i had to go look for another hotel. Even without staying in that hotel, it was such a bad experience the way i was stuck in that situation.

Very bad experience......just spoiled whole trip Staff are very rude.....had a fight with them....not at all cooperative I suggest you not to go for this hotel Also the hotel lists in worst hotel of that bhopal....even the locals were against them If u ask any local about this hotel they will also tell u...thats a worst hotel to live with family
