OYO 22307 Jungle Paradise Retreat - Hotel in Dhikuli, Laduwarao - Nainital, India

This is a budget hotel. The service is average. There is nobwifi available. Rooms are of decent size. The campus of the hotel is very beautiful with trees all around. But the hotel is not well maintained and very limited food is available. Overall, this hotel is recommended for a short budget stay.

About this hotel if there is any statement I want to use is "Maha bakwaaas" & "Pathetic management" Incident is of 27th Dec'20 i booked 2 rooms at this hotel through MMT with confirmed booking status a month prior... I came all the way from Mukteshwar to Ramnagar Uttarakhand which approximately took me 5 hrs with 120 kms as most of us know it's too long distance on hills. Now while we entered at this hotel we saw a 2star kind of reception with dirty bed and a sofa, a caretaker was there to handle as owner was not available at the moment. We shown him our booking id on MMT app which was paid and got a surprise what we were assuming with the conditions of hotel and caretaker expressions, booking denied by them as they stopped taking online booking because of some internal issues of payment with OYO. Now we tried to speak with owner that why booking was confirmed if there were such issues but he didn't entertained and told me to speak with OYO. I have tried MMT customer care but nothing was there in the app to raise the denial issue neither toll free customer care no working nor chats service. I was stuck with my family in the mid of jungle and standing helpless with no clue what to do next. We stood there for 1 hr almost and decided to came back Delhi as it was our last day stay at Uttarakhand. Through this review if any viewer reading this never ever booked this cheap hotel because of its low room prices. I would rate this hotel 1 star not because only of my experience but because of location and inside view...

this is a fake resort.if you write on google . "THE JUNGLE PARADISE RETREAT" you get 64 images. out of those only 6-8 are original. i saw no swimming pool. rooms are bedly smell. earth warms in room.no ac switch.not good.overall bed experience.

I was stayed in this place in the month of July and very pathetic service which was offered by the staff. Poor service and unhygienic place full of insects n smelling rooms . Zero maintenance of cottage by the staff and poor response of staff if you have asked anything they simply say we do not have this with us . We will not recommended anyone to choose this place for stay . I am enclosing pictures as proof just go through .

Very peaceful place. Good to stay with family. Staffs are very slow so service is also very slow. No power supply but they will start the generator for the electricity.

Location is nice. But need to improve the facilites like no hot water for bath even after telling many times.

As this is a budget hotel not to expect much service or quality. There's no swimming pool at this hotel. The images of swimming pool posted here belong to the adjacent hotel.

Worst place to stay don't fall for it not only am saying that but have heard from many of my friends n relatives
