The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lift is available but you need to inform them so that they will switch it on.

Inam giving 3 stars because the lodging is located on second floor and the reception is on ground floor. But there is no lift (There is a lift, but not for the lodge. It is for the building owners purpose). When we asked about the lift they said that it is under repair. But when we checked the lift, there is a notice showing "staff only". Otherwise, the rooms are good enough and the staffs are cooperative. There are many shops near by so no problem to purchase something. Good basement floor parking area is available. If you are travelling on night, there is no lighting available upto the reception or from the reception to the second floor where there rooms are available. Neateness and cleanness is good enough. Rated are comparitevly not high. Special is, the room size is big comparing to other properties with the same price range.

I stayed in the hotel after the lockdown of 2020 along with my family, the service offered was very poor. The rooms are big and clean but there was a broken window in the bathroom. As the lodge is inside a shopping mall all can imagine how the feeling is. The cable connection was not recharged and i asked the person in the reception to recharge 4 times, but he didnt obliged till we vaccated. Overall bad experience

Hotel is good but don't book thru Oyo app, the hotel guys not ready to accept the offer price given by Oyo. You have to pay extra. Bad support from oyo too.. Till now no response from oyo even after back to back mail escalation . Oyo not connecting my call to customer care executive . Such a pathetic service. Not valuing the customer concern

Good place. Very big room with separate TV hall, do not book with breakfast. They are tying with one of the restaurent in their mall building and sending us to eat there their cheap menu food only. Better you can go there directly and eat your choice. Excellent stay.

It was very new when we stayed, so it's neat and simple . It's good if you consider the price. Ample underground parking, service is kind of good responsive . It will be ideal for night stays people who are traveling to Wayanad or towards Karnataka. It's easily accessible from main road.

I am a regular customer of OYO rooms in Kerala as well as other states.... The stay here was a pleasant experience... A lot of underground parking facility is available here and which is the most contemporary facility available nowadays... The rooms are well furnished and comparably large... The rooms are extra clean and neat... This is one of the best OYO's across the whole of kerala.. The staff is so polite and very helpful with every detail... The Check in experience was also very nice... Therefore I will surely rate it a five star....
