OYO 22253 Hotel Kanha Palace - Hotel in Kota - Kota, India

Had to check in quickly on a hotel at around 3 am in the night, so had to choose this. They gave me a room for 2000 which was not at all a value money. The service guy was good but the rooms and Linen were not that clean. The AC was not working properly too. Not at all a good stay.

Worst hotel ever.... In 1000 they gave the worst room you can ever imagine... Starting from the locks ending at the washroom.. everything was so dirty.... Such an poor hotel i will never in my whole life would go their again.... So bad service... The moment we entered they didn't even bother to give us a tawl... It was so drastic.... My recommendation never ever go there

I reached the hotel there I asked if I have a booking.. they said that your booking is confirm but the room is not available at that price and they are asking for more amount they asked me Rs 500 extra... So plz don't book this hotel it is fake the room is not at this price .... it's price is 1200-1500 per day

Worst oyo experience... I am a regular customer of oyo... And i always prefer for hotels by oyo only.. They always maintains the standard but this hotel had quite different story... Unwashed bedsheets.. No cuboard knobs...broken tiles.. Holes in room which can be used for placing hidden cameras... Dirty water from the taps... Too much gap between bottom of door and the floor.. This was not an oyo i know...

Located on main road. Easy to reach. Nice staff. Also good and tasty food available. Only problem is that in ur bathrooms u get hot water all the time due to high temperature outside. Overall awsm place to checkin.

Being an oyo wizard member I wish I could rated zero(0). to the service and to the hotel oyo 22253 kanha palace , <br/>Today while check in to the hotel the hotel reciptionist denied and refused us to give us any room at the oyo given price . As I have booked two rooms , I asked them if you are unable to provide us any room at that price then why oyo is given room at that price. The receptionist told us talk to oyo, or provide them extra money for two rooms or if we cooperate with them they will provide us only one rooms , I asked them why shall i pay you two rooms price for only one adjustable room , I told them I have booked for two rooms if you can then give us two rooms , the hotel reciptionist refused and denied us to give us any rooms . Not only me , many oyo customer who booked yesterday and today got difficulties while check-in and check-out, today in front of me hotel reciptionist have charged extra to another customer regarding their stay more than oyo given price , the customer loudly spoke to them that why he will pay extra , and when the customer later on ask them bill , the hotel reciptionist told them that the hotel doesn't provide bill less than 800-900. Is this a joke!!! If this goes on happening then for the behavior of the hotel reciptionist ,the blame will fall on the hotel and on the owner. I think the owner is unknown of what their staff is doing. I think Many more complains are yet to come regarding this .

Decent room service. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. An amazing restaurant with even amazing food. For the wishing of service provided the place was really cheap. Definitely would recommend to stay.

Worst hotel representative.they will ask for extra money at the time of check in.they are very rude. If you will not pay extra money, they will start fighting and you have to pay bcoz you dont have other option.worst hotel service also. Don't go for this hotel. There are better option with low cost and better service. I will suggest go for other hotel.
