OYO 22195 Ya Ali - Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Pathetic rooms and service. We took 21 rooms. The owner was very disrespectful. We struggled for basic facilities like, no drinking water available, stinking rooms, very low voltage in rooms, ACs not working, fans barely working, no clean Bedsheets and blanket, the bathroom was average, very dirty mugs in the bathroom, absolutely a below average experience. When we made the complaint to the owner, he talked on call and was not ready to physically meet us. Upon calling again n again n asking to meet us, he came and started shouting. He just wanted us to leave. Very rude and was orally fighting with us. We stayed here for 2 days and we regret our decision. We had taken 40 customers with us for this stay and this leads to our image spoiling.

Very bad experience, the rooms were stinking and the fans were also not working properly. There was no staff as well to attend. No proper ventilation even in the bathroom. We booked 21 rooms and every other room were having something or the other issue. No hot water. They don't know how to handle the hotel. AC were not working properly. No facility of drinking water. They don't even provide complimentary drinking water and toiletries. The owner Mr. Salim Khan was very rude to us. Instead of dealing with our problems he was blaming us that we are complaining alot. He didn't met us until we have called him and asked him to talk in person. Very pathetic experience and services.

Very good place for a fresh up for those who are travelling to trivandrum or kanyakumari side and for those who are not intrested to take hotel rooms.. with a affordable price...

Bathroom was not cleen , rooms were average, when we were there ,there was no drinking water available .

Non AC rooms had no ventilations and hence was very hot inside. Not even the washroom had a ventilation or exhaust fan. Probably the room was given without proper cleaning after the previous occupancy. It was very smelly n stinking including the bathroom.

Loved the Feel of a College Hostel Vibe. Every Room is a Double Bed with space to add an extra Cot. Attached bathroom is Large and very friendly to short people. Non AC rooms are genuinely comfortable and the Parking space is large enough to accommodate multiple tour Parties. Highly Recommend for Industrial Visits, College Tours, Wedding Parties , Corporate Trips and School Outings.

Worst ever experience. This hotel is not at all worth for what we are paying. The rooms were untidy. Service was very poor. They didn't provide even drinking water. Hotel owner is a money minded person. His behaviour was very rude with us. They cheated us and charged extra amount.
