Rooms are not compatible with the price(costly) you need to pay extra to use the Air conditioner and the wifi is simply . 6 months back we informed them that we will need a room and we will be arriving early (6 am) they assured us that won't be a problem. but when we arrived we had to wait outside for roughly 90 minutes and ended up booking a different hotel.
The only good thing going for the hotel is where it's located bus stand is walkable, railway station is not so far from here, and it sits on the threshold (gateway) of fancy Bazaar (market)

I booked this hotel through OYO as we reached quite late at railway station. Didn't like the way the staff behaved. Rooms were not that clean
Hotel was clean and hygiene. I really had very good experience and I would suggest you too. But it's bit costlier
Fraud Hotel - Avoid at all costs. We booked this hotel, but on arrival Check In was denied stating that Check In will be allowed only at 6PM! whereas in the voucher clearly written 12pm checkin. There was no effort to even help arrange us an alternative hotel in case of genuine issue. After travelling so much you reach hotel at 4pm to hear that we can`t give rooms ? Pathetic and lowest standards of Hospitality!
Staffs are good and it is situated 5 minutes away from Guwahati Railway Station. I had booked a single room and it was comfortable staying there. It is in the middle of market. You will get everything within one kilometer.
