jrj suit is located nerar technopark campus. they provide high fi rooms in best and in affordable price. it is surrounded by natural friendly environment. i haven't ordered any food from there. I'm not sure that they provide food. i think there'snt any food provided from there. they provide a best class services and the staff are very friendly towards there customer. i really enjoyed the stay there
These oyo room are on outskirts of city. They are good for their price.Some rooms are only made for sake of accomodation and adjustment and can't guarantee you any comfort. Bathrooms are very compact and you can easily feel suffocated. But they are only fine for their price.
Great hotel at Kazhakootam. A bit tedious to reach. The only oyo available within a mile's reach of technopark. The hoetl is quite new. Rooms are excellent with great linen, good beds and a cupboard. A chair is also provided. Bathrooms are quite clean with geysers providing water 24/7. Rooms are quite well managed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Like always Oyo never ceases to impress with its deals and offers. Overall a great place to stay near Technopark.

The place suits your budget and is accessible. The bedsheet and covers will not be clean regularly. The oyo toileteries will be provided only when asked...The guests are not allowed inside the room irrespective of the gender.
Very good accomodation. Situated near kazhakootam police station. People coming from Trivandrum should take a local or fast passenger bus towards kazhakootam and deboard at kazhakootam. If you are coming by train deboard at kazhakootam railway station and take a autorickshaw. It will be wise to take an autorickshaw as there is about a kilometre distance from the bus stop and almost 2 km from the railway station. Very calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Neat and tidy. Very good for a short stay.
I stayed here for 5 days, rooms are well maintained and they have AC and WiFi facilities. Staffs are very friendly. But the bedsheets were not clean. Overall its worth the money you pay.
Room was fine... but poor hygienic felt specially the bedsheets. Breakfast were not supplied as per their promises. After all room and ambience was okay..
