Nice experience for staying here well behaved staff with good service very near by to main location must stay here

Highly unsafe for women, unruly and rude staff. Unhygienic rooms with cockroaches all over, horrible experience in just two days of stay.

The location of this hotel is really nice all the tample are on walkable distance from this hotel. Their rooms are nice and staff is also friendly

Pros:- 1. Hygiene one 2. Clean rooms 3. Ac rooms with generator 4. No need to worry about power cuts. 5. Lift facility is also available. 6. There is a restaurant too in the hotel. 7. Parking facility is available. 8. Near to Sri Banke Bihari ji temple. 9. Environment friendly. 10. Good staff members. 11. Rooms available at reasonable price.

Hotel manger was goon. He was misbehaving and acting like mafia. If their was option for 0 star. I would have provided. Beds were like bought from second hand sale. AC was not working. Environment was very bad and scary.

I booked the hotel for my Vrindavan trip. The hotel is in very good location and easily accessible from Chatkarni. The hotel staff is also quite supportive and have mannerism. As hotel is in main market type area, many temples are near by max. diameter of 5 km. Temples like Prem Mandir, Banke Bihari, Katyanai, Kheshi Khat, Gopeshwar Mahadev, Kaanch ka mandir etc. Food quality is also good and amount is also OK. But only cons is they are serving half quantity so if you are traveling alone, that quantity will be much more. In terms of cleaniness and other facilities, the hotel is quite good. Although the rooms are less specious (I booked Silver room) but when you are out for the whole day, I do not think it matters a lot. Overall, my experience was quite good and will be happy to here again and will recommend this hotel for others as well. Thanks

Stayed here for a night with family, It's a nice hotel on the main road of Vrindavan on which main temples like Bankey Bihari ji, Radha Vallabh ji, ISCKON and Prem Mandir etc. are located. It's about 700 meters walk from Bihariji temple. The room (silver) and the toilet were clean and hygienic. The room had clean towels and ample toiletries. I cannot comment on the food as I did not try their food. Overall a good stay, will recommend.

Tv is not working, AC temperature is already fixed we can not change because hotel does not provided remote of AC, shower is not working, towel is very bad. Service is very poor. And not any fix price of rooms according to situation they changes their rates of rooms. Overall very bad hotel.
