Rooms are clean and spacious with AC, TV and wifi facility. Service is good and they also provide safe airport drop facility. In terms of location, the road of the place is very busy till 10-11pm so the sound of horns of vehicles is a bit irritating.
We stayed here for a day. We've a flight from Kolkata to Port Blair so we decided to take a hotel near to Airport. Airport is just 5-10 min. away from this hotel. The hotel was good, the manager and staff was kind & nice. This hotel also owns a restaurant which is infront of their hotel building. The charge of the hotel room was pocket friendly. Next morning we had our flight and they dropped us to the airport at free of cost, which I like the most.
Room are duty, washroom combod flush not working, Geiger doesn't work, walls are broken of room, tv can't use staff not listen to guests , some staff behaves very Wrongly.
Location near dumdum airport 1 no gate. Airport drop and pickup facility and breakfast complementary. Room is below average but hotel room service is good.
This hotel is good if anyone wants to stay at Dumdum besides airport. Room rent okay.
Very Dirty Hotel, was recommended by a person in arrival section of the airport at 2am, was given a free 5mins ride to the hotel, didnt like the dirty rooms and chose not to stay, they asked me to pay Rs.2000 for the ride. Please do not get scammed by these people lile they scammed me.
A will do kind of place cause firstly the staff behaviour at the reception is very mean. The amount we paid for the rooms totally not worth it actually unclean bedsheets, floor, bathroom floor. Only positive thing about taking this hotel is that they provide you a free drop off to the airport because the hotel is close to the airport.
Good service. Kind treatment. Tasty food. Overall fine except the worse shower in room no.501, which was not working at all. Do check the water-taps and shower before your stay.
