Worst services cheating people and charging extra on top of oyo booking
Cons: Room Service- Wouldn't come for anything. Cleanliness - Poor Sanitisation- Charges extra by threatening guest. RTPCR- Even if nowhere mentioned in booking they will demand to harass. Staff Behaviour- Rude Room Details- Booked higher variant forced to stay in basic room. AC- even if mentioned in booking they deny it. Pros: - Nearby really good hotels available. - Recommend my stay at Gateway Suites Hotel, any day over this. PS: Keep calling oyo service they will tell.
it was a decent stay at a nearby location to the airport. With all the necessary things available like cabs, Uber, swiggy etc. The room was good and surprisingly big for a good budget price the room was also fairly clean and hygienic the only problem that came up was that there was frequent power cuts going on.
They will ask you 500-700 early checkin charges which is utter false as per the oyo policy and suresh staff over there will behave as if he is the owner and loot u so be careful . They have issue with oyo online payment they will make you suffer i peroanally had to wait for 4 hours to get checkin. Be careful its waste
Don't book them just because they are cheap !! They don't even have a secured entrance. Anyone could just enter the building and climb all the way up to your room using the staircase provided at the corner of building. It's a Four Storeyed Building and they don't have an elevator. They ask for extra money at the Reception for allotting you a the rooms at First Floor. if you don't pay - then they allocate the same room for you at the TOP MOST FLOOR. What an awesome customer centric business model they have !! (Very Professional and Unethical) They don't have a proper room service either !! (8:30 AM is too early for them for requesting room service ) If you can ignore the above then feel free to book them and explore their unprofessional services further.
It's a very poor hotel and cheating persons are there in this hotel after paying online money for room rent still they ask twice of the amount for room nobody go this hotel we lost our money we don't want others to happen this #oyo rooms #ibibo #make my trip don't give your service to this kind peoples, disappointing
