I was denied check in and was asked for extra amount to be paid even after a valid prepayment and confirmation from makemytrip and Oyo. Im not the only one this has happened to, they will deny the services if your booking amount is less than certain threshold. They will not even pre-inform you and once you show up, this will happen. It is recommended to avoid this hotel at any cost, last time booking will negate any savings you might have made for this booking. The rooms and reception area is very dirty and staff is very rude, shabby and unfriendly.

Very bad hotel. I booked in for 3rd november few days in advance. When i called hotel to request early check in, they denied to check in anytime saying we can book for 1400 only, not at the rate mentioned on the app. I called oyo, they did not helped as booking was done via mmt. I called mmt, they paid all extra amount to hotel in advance and confirmed me on mail that check in will be allowed. After whole night travel i reached hotel and staff was so rude they denied to check in until i pay rs 1400 in cash to them. On that odd day no one like mmt or oyo helped. I roamed here and there and.luckily found one room in another hotel on request. This hotel is on oyo and other apps only for visibility and to hostile customers who book using apps.

One of the best place to stay around Rajarajeshwari Nagar. One suggestion to management is to keep bedsheets, blankets and pillows more clean.

New hotel & upto standards. But staffs are not good, as they charge you extra money if they think that the amount is low in their perspective as what shown in the app.

Worst place ever. They are not providing breakfast even if you book for food. Not recommended this hotel for your rest place.
