Booked a room in this hotel through OYO for three days and made a payment through OYO. When I went to check in, the owner's subordinate, denied the check-in because he said that he cannot offer me a room for the price that I paid online. He asked me to pay extra, in order to get a room. So, I contacted the OYO customer care executive regarding the issue. The discussion went on for half an hour. Later, the owner of the hotel had allowed me to check only after the OYO team had added some complimentary amount to my booking. Maybe due to this online booking they might have provided me a room which is dirty and stinky. The washroom is not good. When the geyser is turned on the electricity passes through all the taps in the washroom. If you want to get a good room in this hotel you better go to this hotel directly without any online booking. Then only I think they might serve you better. Why I'm saying this is because I went to this hotel, to check the rooms, before I made an online booking; they showed me good rooms. But when I went there with an online booking they gave me the worst room to stay. On the day of the check-in, the behaviour of the owner's subordinate is not at all good.
Worst untidy and unhygienic room. If you wanna ruin your day you can visit this place. To start with they will demand you extra cash for stay if you book via agoda or oyo..then you will have to speak to customer care and issue for a refund where the hotel will deny in giving bill. And you will find variety of insects at your bed and water hardly comes from washrooms and flushes won't work. No wifi strength will be available inside room mentioned in facilities.
The worst facilities that I have ever experienced. I have booked room online with the price of rs 399 but once I reach the hotel, receptionist said that no room is available with the 399 rs pice. If you want room you would have to pay 1500 per just night. Don't ever trust the OYO at all.
pathetic experience from this place. they wont allow you to check in for the amount you booked on oyo app.Demanding 5 times higher money than shown. Receptionist is a too rude and very bird behavior towards customers. kindly dont get yourself in trap
This is not a hotel..home of cockroaches...they will not accept any online booking charges and ask extra to stay in that sh... room. The reception guy is rude and behaving very badly..I filed a complaint in oyo but no response... don't ever stay in this hotel.very very bad experience
Very bad experience from receptionist and staff.. They are asking for 3 times higher rate than shown in oyo. Very dirty room and poor water supply.. Ac is not gud.. Kindly pls don't opt this hotel for stay.they are mere cheaters..
Worst experience.. I have booked this oyo in 9jan for 1night with my parents. Things which makes me to give this rating are :- 1) In one room jet spray of toilet was broken then I changed my room 2) Another room geyser not working when I ask somany times for that then they provide rod. 3) basin tap was also not good. 4) so many cockroaches in the bathroom. Hope my comment helps somebody to choose proper rooms
Worst place to stay. Potential place to spread pandemic like COVID. Staff are dampened in lethargy and negligence not even attending the small needs of customers. Pillow, bed spread are blacked due to dirty. Toilets are not even washed before allotted to new occupants. Better we can sleep in platform.
