Rooms are okay. Not very highly maintained. But okayish type. Staffs are okay but very demanding about Tips. And lastly Location.... It's SUPERB.... If possible I could have rated 10 star out of 5 star

Worst hotel, room service poor... Don't go in this hotel with girl or women,, you feel unsafe..... Careless people lost our bags,, then they told go to police station for report.... Hotel people don't co-operate with us,, not a single footage they have on their camera... Dirty bath rooms..... I don't believe in ghost and spirits,, but our friends told us next morning they hear screaming sounds from our room but we don't.... It's unsafe hotel ever seen,, cctv not in work... Manner less hotel staff specially, mr. Narendar named guy....
The balcony has a beautiful view of the river and the bridge. Early in the morning we woke up to the sound of birds and water. It felt very nice, the view of the mountains was excellent. However, the bridge nearby is made of iron and there was a lot of noise every time a vehicle passed over it, this was especially noticeable at night. The bed sheet was not very clean at check-in but the staff was cooperative and they replaced it. We bargained on the price of the room and got a good deal.
The worst hotel I've ever come across! And the behavior of the receptionist is gross (that guy is literally a psyco... too rude) Please don't go there for your own safety. And especially while you're traveling with your family! (I highly recommend everybody to find another hotels, but not this, Please!!!) Anyway, Safe journey, Thank you! :)

Awesome hotel. Staff behaviour is very good. They are very punctual. Food is very much tasty. Near to bhuntar airport. And the main thing is the location. 11/10 for the location. Sunset view, bridge view, riverbed view, river view everything.
If one cannot find any option in Bhuntar, it is better to drive further to Kullu and find better alternatives. Simply avoid this hotel if you can. The only positive point about this hotel is its location right at the confluence of rivers Beas and Parvati. Being a hotel from OYO chain, I had expected a reasonably good experience, but ... 1. Bedsheets & Pillow covers looked unclean 2. No mirror in the bathroom 3. Plugs had burnt out/melted and not repaired. 4. Adjacent balcony was converted into a dumpster and was an eyesore. 5. Extremely cavalier attitude of the staff. A couple of photos attached, which may help travelers decide.
Staff members of hotel are very co-operative and polite. Rooms are spacious and washrooms were so clean.Swimming pool was hotel was good and in the morning and evening, you can enjoy pool side services. Dining, restaurant and breakfast area is well m
