Worst hotel to stay. Rude, irresponsible people working here. I was denied a room, even after I had booked and paid from OYO. The guy at the reception asked to cancel the booking and pay him extra in cash. When I called OYO customer care, he started acting like he does not understand english/Hindi/telugu. Tthey would rather throw the customer on to the road at 12 midnight, than honor an already paid booking in OYO. Hotel is in 3rd floor, and they wont even power on the lift for customers.
No LIFT, Breakfast only provided after argument even though I paid in advance for 2 days. Location is not good for family as there is a liquor shop next to it. Restaurant was absent. Staff was rude as they provide drinking water like half filled jug whenever we asked. Only good thing was room was clean with Tv, 2 stars for that .
Very worst experience ever. ACs were not working nd heater too. They can't even communicate in English. They haven't subscribed for tv network. Nd most importantly they didn't have spare keys for the rooms actually I paid for a lock I locked the room keeping the keys inside while I was in the hurry in the morning.
If they close door. Even God can't wake them up. I stayed down of that hotel for 3 hours. Oyo didn't helped me and I called them so many times.
The hotel is very nice, budget friendly. Staff are polite. Only thing they have to work on is to keep the corridors clean from left over plates.
Pathetic and a worst service as usual by oyo. This is the 3rd hotel after confirming the booking which wasn't my fault. No basic service. No water to drink.
Its a scam plz be aware , they will not accept oyo booking and ask u to pay double the amount at check-in Or go talk with customer care, They will ruin ur whole day, Worst service, durty beds, bedbugs spread like hell
