Never ever book this property specially when you are with family. 1. Washrooms were leaking. 2. They only have 1 remote for 4 rooms AC and when you will ask for remote they will say that it is temperature is set and you can't change it. (28degC in month of april lol) 3. We booked 3 rooms on a single floor But at 5 a.m. manager asked to shift one room to 1st floor, and when we denied he started to abuse, may be this is how they treat their guests. 4. You may find insects in the water jars provided by hotel. 5. No wonder when staff can spit on you as they always chew tobacco.
This is the worst hotel ever I recommend you not to come here, first of all we can't even have a shower because the water comes into our room from the gap underneath the door and there is a hole in the wall where lots of mosquitoes can enter in our room and the power keeps on shutting off, NEVER COME HERE!
Wonderful food cleanest room ever great amenities nicest employees awesome concert shows and lovely customers to make new friends with! we had a great weekend! the country side is so pleasant and the shopping is a dream!
Neat and clean hotel. Friendly staff will make you feel home. Enough parking space for two wheeler, although four wheeler might have to park on road. Surrounding as well is clean. There are some minor improvements that can be done in order to achieve 5 star ratings. Else, my stay has been pleasant one.
Overall this hotel lives up to the hype. It isn't a big hotel. Very cozy though. The staff shines, from the bellmen, concierge, cleaning service and the front desk personnel. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel and will certainly entertain staying there again in the future.
The hotel was spotless. the staff very friendly and attentive. the room was very nice and quite large. close to everything. breakfast was great. hotel was so big there was a long walk to some of the rooms. patio was very nice, clean, spacious.
We love staying here it's across from the market and close to town. We requested a room with a sofa and unfortunately it was only a love seat. The staff were very helpful to find us a room with a full size couch. Because of back problems I need to sleep on the couch to prop up my back . Weird room configuration.
The only problem I had was that the people 2 doors down were smoking on the patio where it clearly marked "no smoking" but that wasn't your fault. I enjoyed everything else about our trip . Loved the carriage ride and the show

Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it. Cheers. Enjoy. Love to come back again.

It's the best hotel in the area. All the places like Krishna Janamsthan, Dwarkadhish Temple and Vishram Ghat are nearby and can be reached easily from here. The staff and the service is also good. Recommended for a stay in Mathura.
