The worst , unhygienic , fuckall hotel to stay in. We were directed to this hotel by a local autowala who misguided us about this property as a family hotel. Front desk lied about the AC room price at first. Told us to checkin and that AC will be turned on in a while. When confronted about same they said that non-AC rooms were provided to us and for AV we'll have to pay 300 more. Room service was fuckall. We didn't even know it was an oyo propety at first , wr didn't do the first check and hence had to suffer. Delhi gotta be the worst place to rely or trust any localite. Now that you are reading this just don't visit this propety. It is the worst.
please don't waste your money this hotel is totally garbage and staff behavior and language very bad over priced and not give proper service no power backup very bad hotel rooms is very dirty
Most probably you'll get their through their commission based auto rickshaw's driver, don't go for it. Bad rooms, Bad staffs, No response, No proper ventilation.
When i reached there in the mid night they said we cannot accept this booking and asked 1000rs extra . Worst
Hotel owner spoke one rate and asked for another rate. Rooms are not even worth for 500Rs. But took 2500Rs from us for a day. Rude behavior of owner and not cleaned bedsheets. Poorly maintained toilets. Overall not at all worth for even 500Rs. Not recommended for any of my friends and family.
I stayed there for a week. I liked the customer service, front desk and place is near to metro stations for all Delhi connections. Room was not so clean and untidy. Had issues with water heater. Average experience. Suggestion to hotel management: your customer service is awesome, please improve the standards of room.

The reason why I had given 1* is bcoz of the service everything was fine and smooth but when coming down to room service and staff atitude very bad and horrible experience if we paid for AC room that's means AC need to be working 24 hours but every morning this hotel person will switch it off I really dnt understand the reason behind this .. if the room is empty then it make sense.. 2ndly if we on it by our self then you have to listen nonse thing from the staff .... Recommended to couple who is going to chill for an 1 hour not to family..
