Amazing Hospitality and The Best OYO in entire India. I have stayed in almost every corner of our country including OYOs in different metro cities, tier two cities and hill stations. The hospitality, cleanliness, ambience, food everything is at par. Exceeded all my expectations. Mr Nikhil in the reception and Mr Khanchok, one of the staffs we're too good. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Shillong city's Police Bazar by 3 KMs, yet everything is accessible. Kind of a homestay. Can visit the terrace as well. Food was reasonable. Both Chinese and Indian food items were tasty. This OYO is far better then OYOs in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Guwahati, Munnar, Coorg, Daman and Diu, Ooty etc. This was totally from my experience.
Not very clean. The sheets were dirty and the toilet wasn't cleaned well. They charged us money for a room heater that didn't work properly. However, the staff is polite and nice.
Spacious clean and well ventilated rooms. Location slightly off police bazaar but shared taxi available. Food not available in afternoon.

Sanctum guest house is not associated with OYO anymore. I booked with OYO and confirmed the same by calling their helpline, but when i reached, the owner informed me they are no longer partner with OYO and doesn't recognize the booking

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
A great place with good amenities, it's got a very artistically designed cafe with a tasty menu, the fruit ice creams there are a must,they freshly prepared each day which is great!

Came here for wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor did a great job. He explains beforehand how he will proceed and listens to his patients' concern. I highly recommend a visit if you have any dental ailments.
