OYO 18561 Hotel Athiti - Hotel in Ranchi, Gutuwa - Ranchi, India

I should not give 1 star also. The room was pathetic. The service was pathetic. The partition is with plywood. Inspite of booking from mmt they didn't clean the room as well as bathroom. No clean bedsheet was provided. I will request not to book this hotel .

Staying at this place was not our choice because it was booked by our relatives. There was a marriage in our house and few guests were arranged to stay here. Unfortunately i was one of them. When we arrived at the place there was no guard to open the door so our car could get in. We waited for half an hour where we continuously tried to contact the reception but zero response. However after a lot of waiting he finally opened the lock on the door so we could get in. When we were allotted our rooms, the ACs were working fine, but huge problem with ventilation. It looked like a shady room. Minimal lights, the bed was dusty, the table in the room was broken and the bed was not comfortable either. Though the bathroom was big, it had a full length mirror inside the bathroom. It made me really uncomfortable while using the bathroom. Next day, there was no one at the reception so we could order breakfast or even water. When we looked for the kitchen the staff refused to provide us with hot water. On top of that there were empty liquor bottles stacked and the kitchen looked absolutely dirty. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Worst service, The hotel staff does not know how to talk.

1. rooms are not as depicted in the picture but still fine. 2.there was no telephone to contact room service but the room service was polite . 3.rooms lightings were not good. 4.tv was'nt working. 5. overall nice but not best experience.

Very bad experience. Less security there is hole in bedroom anyone easy see in the room and capture the video and snap. I complain the hotels manager and Oyo also no any response.

Worst experience ever never going to visit this hotel again and will suggest everyone to not visit the place my checkin timing was 12:00 p.m i reached the hotel at 2 p.m then also they told me to wait for atleast half an hour they told me that the room is not clean we will clean it right now when I asked them why is it so they got no answer for that they simply told the hotel was full how can my room be engaged when I've booked the room a day prior The management over there is totally illiterate they don't even know how to talk Privacy is zero in the hotel I've done early check-in from Oyo and they again asked me my aadhar card when I told them about the early check-in they just responded that we don't know about that policy because management is that poor that they don't even know the policies of Oyo I would highly suggest everyone who is going to visit this hotel to not visit it or else it'll be your worst experience too Oyo should do an enquiry on this hotel

What can i say about the Most disaster hotel ever I spent the night. Here are some challenges I had faced during on 12 hours 1. First of all the staff does not know the name of the hotel clearly. 2. There is no Parking facility available and also the Watchman is really Rude said to me "10 baje ke baad koi nai rahega aap apna dekhlo". 3. Now comes to the Reception part, I really don't think they were deserve the post of receptionist, Incapable of Arranging Rooms whose are booked through OYO, MMT Or any other App. 4. Rooms are useless as there is no basic amenities like soap, hand wash , Towel or drinking water. 5. If you don't complain you won't get the water as they are running out of water. 6. Wash room was not cleared and also they don't have the door to completely close it. You need to do some hardwork to do it. 7. Food will not comes inside the room you will have to go for it and also the Restaurant is useless as they don't have the taste. I have eat tasteless biryani. And I will never ever visit that hotel like athiti. And staying in here is like the movie "ATHITI TUM KAB JAOGE" LOL

Room was excellent, cleanliness was also very good . The only problem was , most of the time nobody was available at the reception. Whenever I go to reception I have to search for the receptionist. Rest everything was excellent, that rabbit cage I liked the most.
