OYO 1849 Hotel Hindustan International - Hotel in Delhi, New Delhi - Central, India

it is just avarage Hotel, I have stayed in the same Hotel 7 years ago but found huge difference in these years. property is not maintained properly, dirty laundry, uncleaned washroom, walls not painted after repair Works, broken fitting visible, TV HD box not working everytime had to call someone for reception to switched it on, blanket provided was dirty, curtains in the room Must have not washed from ages. just an avarage Hotel, need huge amount of maintenance in property. Dirty laundry and linen.

We four were in the Triple bedroom. The service was the best. The kindest people. The place is in central delhi, in the streets. By Goibibo booking i got the biggest discount ever . Complimentary water, towel, and commodities were also provided with ease.

if it was possible I could have rated them in minus. the hotel should be sealed and shut down permanently by the authorities. I didn't expect good amenities at that cheap price but this hotel doesn't meet the basic safety standards. our rooms had loose electric wires hanging next to the bed, the table had broken glass which could easily injure anyone and the rooms were stinking dirty. the main gate of the hotel was left open whole night with nobody at the front desk for security. the bedside tables had manforce packets and mind you I was travelling with my family. this hotel must be shut permanently.

Okok type, they should focus mainly on cleanliness, because property is very good, big rooms, heart of the city, very nice location as it is in the market area of paharganj, Railway Station is just 1km. India gate and many important places are near by. Only issue with this hotel is it is little bit old and they are not maintaining. Poor maintenance and not cleaned at all.

Location wise it's very good and it is in the heart of the city. Every visiting place is only 5 to 10 km from the hotel and even Airport is 20 km only, which we can reach in 1hr. And we can get varieties of street foods near to the Hotel itself. we can roam and have the tastier food. Palika Bazar andKarol Bagh market, all are nearby only. staffs are very friendly and good. one disadvantage, which I found is there is no kitchen or restaurant built-in in the same hotel, but that's not a big problem. As I said, we can have so many tasty options just in few steps away from the hotel. I recommend this place to stay, if you are planning to go to Delhi with family or friends or couple.

Staff were very rude, especially on the front desk. Rooms were disgusting. No so called amenities(towel, soap, drinking water, etc.). Bathrooms were unclean, there was potty in the commode when we reached the room. Wall sockets were faulty and broken. Overall it was a terrible experience. Won't be choosing this hotel again.

Staff attitude and customer care could use some significant improvement here. Ordering food through room service is a hassle, and most of the items on the menu never seem to be available. If you can get over these, the room is quite comfortable for it's price, and is accompanied by one of the better bathrooms I've come across in a budget hotel.

Staff is not welcoming. Cleaning is not done properly and they charge to provide some warm or hot water. There are times that they disable the lift and you have to use the stairs after an exhausting day. You have to inform them ten minutes before taking a bath that you require warm water in the shower so that they can switch it on. But even though they tell you that it is on, you will still get room temperature water from the shower..
