OYO 1806 Platinum House - Hotel in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

It's a fine stay where you can stay for a short duration, specifically for business trips. The location is a bit of concern as it's far from railway and bus station. For commutation you'll need a private can as public transport is not good. It's basically a residence that has been converted into a guest house. Rooms are though spacious but the services are nit too good. You'll get late response on your service request.

I stayed in the hotel Last night. Room is okay. Carpet in the room was very dirty and chair cushion was also very dirty . Towel kept in bathroom is filled with warms. When I asked to replace it, the another towel given to me was a used towel. No hangers are placed in the room. No free wiFi provided. A lot of bad smell in ground floor. No complementary breakfast provided by the hotel. When I asked toast is provided to with tea. Toast was not up to the standard.

A decent place to stay if looking for affordable place for accomodation in Prayagraj near Highcourt. It has its own kitchen , quality of food is very good and taste is of supreme nature. Behaviour and attitude of staff was very supportive and cooperating.It has its own chain of restaurants too over the city. Overall an above average place to stay which justifies its price.

Worst stay ever. Doesn't deserve a single star. No parking, poor service, no kitchen, no toiletries, miserable staff. Not worth what they charge you. It's not even a hotel. Some private property, home, converted to a homestay sort of thing.

Over priced hotel without any premium facility. They dont even provide you complimentary bottle of miniral water. No bathroom sleepers available in the room. Toilet was very small with no modern facility. At such price of around 1. to 2k you can opt for other better hotels.

The Rooms are okay types and balcony is full of dirt. I and my associate, came across this hotel through OYO, OYO as a brand is brilliant and very helpful and co-operative. Now let me describe my stay in the hotel on several ocassions as for professional reasons I and my associate Mr.Mitra had to visit Allahabad. There is a waiter named Nitish, if you hand him Rs.100 to buy a litre of coke bottle which costs Rs.60, on return he comes and states "yahan 100 rupaya leta hein"; upon much requests Rs.40 turns out from his pocket. Secondly, if tea or food or water is ordered they serve atleast 2-3 hours after that. Dewesis their food partner are blamed whenever the Hotel is being asked. They are very good at serving cold food upon high priced food ordered and even after repeated requests made no changes made till now. They even serve stale food which are unhealthy to consume. Thirdly, they do not have any facility in their hotel to cook fresh food, make tea or coffee, the cold food they serve they dont have facility like micro oven to get it warmed too. The towels they provide are torn and dirty and they cannot accept their incompetence. Overall, only for good sized rooms nothing else is impressive in this hotel. OYO tried their best but OYO cannot be blamed for someone else's incompetency.

I do not recommend to use this accomodation to anyone .. Here is our experience. We come to Allahabad soon in the morning so we place our backpacks to the hotel. Hotel staff confirmed that the room will be ready at 12pm so we went to the city. When we was back at 12pm the staff LEFT US WAIT FOR 2 HOURS, to be able to go the room ... No one seems to care that two tourists are waiting. The room is awfully, dirty, in bad condition, mould, there are RATS and I am not going describe the bathroom ... Bonus is that in first day staff give us WiFi, which was working fine but second day somebody disconnect the WiFi and the personal was saying after that in the hotel is no WiFi ... Our worst experience in India ...

Did not take booking from oyo and showed 722rs but for 1000 rupees and there was no blanket in the room and there was no mirror in the washroom
