OYO 17160 Rain Tree Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Room are very nice. Staff is good too.. but they need to keep power backup and also daily cleaning should be done of the rooms,which is not happening. I stayed for 11 nights,but cleaning was not done . Bedsheets should be changed . It's located in a very nice location of hsr layout. Owner should look into this.

Really bad. I dont know abt the other rooms, but, in my room, there wer no plug points near the bed. Were away from bed. Prev guest smoked in room and threw cig in dustbin. So when you come in room, you're greeted with cig smell. They hadnt cleaned the dustbin. At 9.30 PM, hotel staff unlocks the door without knocking nor ringing bell which was shocking. Drilling noises and hammering noises coming from 4th fllor till 10 PM even after we requested hotel people to ask them to stop. Hotel in 3rd floor and lift barely works. Continuous power cuts, hotel staff say that they are gonna switch on generator but doesnt happen at all. Really bad experience

Greedy owner, asked me to cancel the booking from Oyo and pay them directly. Post cancellation, he asked me to pay more than online price. He also threatened saying it is his property and he will not give his property for the online price. I had to pay more as I accepted his request to cancel online booking and pay him directly. He showed big room and gave a smallest (single person) room for double occupancy. Owner said he charges 2k per person and he has no tariff as per room. After all this, there was a power cut, the whole night. No water provided. When asked for water, he asks money. No breakfast, when I showed online commitment, he says he don't have that facility. No room service, they don't change bed spread, hopeless service. Please don't book this hotel at any cost.

Rooms are only, nothing else there. There reception and hospitality is very poor. They irritate you to the hell and force you scold them. Everytime I need room service I need to go to reception then only they act. Also there breakfast is terrible. Not recommended

Beautiful rooms to stay.. located in a nice place in HSR Layout.. Very convient location for shopping and other places.. hotel staff looked after us very nicely ...I will definitely recommend this place to others.. Looking to stay in this place once again

An average OYO hotel, location is good, but it is located on 3rd floor. There are 4 rooms, all AC rooms with all basic necessities.

Made me stand outside the hotel even though I paid full amount becoz he had a problem with OYO. I guess they never heard about hospitality book at your own risk.

Rooms are spacious, well cleaned and maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful too.
