Nice fresh, cozy place for good living. Very helpful and have a big parking lot and near to the Narayana cardiac Institute. Hotel interiors are really eye catching and also have a very small amount of complimentary breakfast. Please don't use their laundry service they just ruin my t shirt and paid compensation for that. The bigger issue is their AC, sometimes it's made my life horrible, but they switch me to another room.

Only good thing about this place is its location near Narayana Hospital. Room interior is good however bathroom is not maintained and is dirty. You will think twice before you use bathroom. Bathroom towels and bedsheet is very old and not clean. They offer laundry service, however it takes 2 days to get your clothes back.

Trusted Fab Hotels' reputation & reviews before booking this hotel but it was a horrible experience. Right from the moment we entered Hotel we were very much disappointed. Bathrooms were dirty, no amenities whatsoever, pathetic room service and what not. Issue with AC, TV, etc. The staff was not at all co-operative and were very rude. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is in Bommasandra. We had two separate bookings. One room was booked with plus breakfast (didn't get any). One room didn't have adequate Air Conditioning and other didn't have any toiletries. One room had a water bottle other didn't. Television didn't work in one of the rooms. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean.

The hotel was clean and the room super cozy. Breakfast was served at the terrace, and it was really enjoyable, coupled with the pleasant weather of Bangalore. It's also in a walking distance from Narayana Cardiac Institute, so if that's where you're headed, this place would be a perfect choice for you.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay if one is visiting Narayana Hrudayalaya health city. The rooms are tidy and spacious. The bathroom was also quite clean. No problem with food as it is right next to an A2B restraunt and also there are good non veg restaurants close by. The only gripe I have about the place is there is no electric water heater, so if the weather is not favorable then you may have problem with hot water.

Really horrible experience. We had booked the rooms one month prior and when the day came they told the rooms which we booked the AC's weren't working. We were mostly girls the receptionist were very rude to us and asked us to shift the hotel at the middle of the night. We found out they had lied to us about the AC's since another group from our college had booked in the same hotel a week back and they checked in before us. When asked they told their AC's were working, When we told it to them they said some AC's are working and then they said half of the AC's are working. We had paid for breakfast, they don't have a proper dining area. And the breakfast Was horrible plus they told only bread omelette was available since there was no gas. I don't understand what kind of hotel is this. Very bad customer service. The shower ain't working and mud is coming through the tap

Worst experience ever had in my life.... AC was not working from the time I checked in 21.45 . Informed reception to send technician he did something and AC started working. After some time again AC was not working then again called reception the same thing repeated... At night 1.00Am AC was not working called reception the person is saying adjust with fan..... We checked out immediately......
