Looked decent when entering, but soon after realised how poor the maintenance is. Walls are dirty, taps and shower in the bathroom are horrible and the wash basin outside the bathroom looked as if it's regularly used for spitting (see in image). The staff was polite and helpful and the location of the property is good. Not a good experience overall.
Best one. Services are awesome. Just water logging problem is there. Facilities are awesome. Just near to main road/\. Easy to reach. KFC is very near to the hotel . One can also go online food ordering. Ola Uber cab is also available on call. If you are pleasant stay go for it. Rating is very good to understand in the better way. Arrange breakfast, lunch & dinner, either outside or online ordering. Thanks all.
I booked this hotel through Yatra. Com. But when I went to this hotel the receptionist asked me to show Oyo booking id and straight way said that I shall not be allowed to check in without oyo booking id. Next two hours I tried to convince him but all in vain. My family and child had to wait for two hours in a store room like room while I was trying to call yatra and oyo repeatedly. But ultimately nothing happened. So I had to book another hotel instantly and leave that hell. Later on yatra refunded my money after complain. Worst experience of online hotel booking and worst reception I ever found.
A nice and cosy place to stay in Salt Lake Kolkata, and it is pocket friendly. Try to bag last minute deals for more savings. There is no parking space and no buffet breakfast. Other than that, everything is good. Nice place for backpackers.
Wonderful room combined elegance of the past with modern updates. Restaurant on site was spot on - reasonable prices, solid menu and very friendly staff. The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Located in a not-so-chaotic part of town.

Average OYO hotel. The bad thing is that on google map it shows the lesser price than the price charged by the hotel owner... It does not suit for OYO. And another thing is there are not good hotel for eating in this area. You have to go to the last more to get some breakfast even Dominoz Delivery is also not available in this area named Sukanta nagar... To get food and other important necessities you have to go to the left to Bidhan nagar...
The place might be small, but the rooms are very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. The room service is good, breakfast and WiFi is complimentary. During rainy season, there is some water logging problem on the road.
