This review is genuine. Very bad hotel . Location also isolated. No food nearby. Stafff only interested in money making. First they will take money than no service. Even in non Ac room they will not provide wifi . Matress is bad . No water availability for bath and hot water. Hotel manager and staff behaviour is rude. They refused to carry bag to upstairs. Lift is also bad.
If there is option of negative ratings I would have given -5. Worst room and worst service... Very rude and non cooperative staff. plus they have rooms inspired from horror movie set....
Sab bakwas hai...over priced hai ..very congested rooms...only for Oyo couple...don't waste your money

There was a sardar in reception who was extremely rude and un professional. I had been rejected the entry because I was carrying local id and was with my friend for an health emergency nearby hospital. I would strongly oppse them and OYO should withdraw any kind of collaboration with them
Worst hotel experience. Rooms are very small and congested. Staff working here is arrogant and not reply properly. AC in some rooms are not working.
This hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible and rude. The front desk guys were the worst and most indifferent. The rooms are of the worst quality; the AC is broken and the beds have bugs in them; the ambience is gloomy; it is a mess in the middle of a messy location. The only reason to book is that it is near the CMRI hospital; otherwise, don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is bad, and more I think it should not get even one star.
One of the worst hotel.....worst staff....worst rooms and washrooms....not worthy to stay here and these fellows are charging more money and providing worst service
