OYO 16675 Hotel Shri Krishna Inn - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

A friend recommended this hotel. Currently checked in, rooms are fine and clean, sink and toilets are stained, food on the ground floor is good, staff is also good. Easy to locate. Reasonable price. For me the fan worked perfectly so no need for AC. In short it's not that bad for me as mentioned by other customers.

Can't recommend to anyone . Unhygienic room& bathroom. Poor quality bed and mattress . Fan sound is horrible. No ac & tv remote. Need to hard work for if you look forward with good visitors .

Rooms are neet and cleaned but water source is not proper.. Some kind of sticky and salty water for use.. room service for order food u have to call 2-3 times.. and if you are booking with Oyo app it shows 428 rupees or less but actually this hotel charges you 800-1000 rupees..

Had been for one night stay here. Absolutely no cleanliness maintained. The rooms are filthy with bathroom and toilets the worst things of it. For the price paid, please prefer any other lodging option. Also beware, the water here is unbearably hard, so you don't even have the basic necessity the general usage tap water also to the expectation.

Don't given room if booked by Oyo demanding double rent ,no sense of manager that how to talk with costomer , manager is wear only underwear on reception counter ,wery worst experience. Don't go to this hotel,Oyo also blacklisted to this hotel.

Easy to locate. Restaurant at the ground floor. Food is good with limited options of poha and aloo paratha for the breakfast, tea is also good. One of few options to stay near Sursez. Some rooms that are too small just to accommodate 2 persons with double sized bed. No place in this small room to keep your baggage. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Few rooms are spacious too(shown in picture), where you have ample space to keep your baggage and clothes properly in the cupboard. Cooling of AC is good. TV has a limited number of free satellite channels. Just to summarise, not a bad place if planning for business trip for a week or less.

Everytime the room is so untidy, no matter how many rooms you change. You'll still find pubic hair lying inside the blanket, some easy stains or even some food lying which might be of previous customer. Even the smell of the room is not so pleasant. And you'll always need someone to start AC or TV or ask for their remote. Also after calling fifty times, someone shows up.

Worst experience of all time. Oyo bookings are worst. At the time of check in they cancel your booking even though u are paid in advance. Then they shift your booking to the worst of the hotels in outskirt. Never ever do bookings with OYO that too with advance payment.
