I booked the room through my friend and given Rs500/-in advance Which room they first show they refused to give (check in) They told its already booked and they will give you different room that room is already same and balcony There's no balcony and not worth I asked return my advance but they refused give my advance Then they told me we will give me the same room but you have to wait we are going to clean that time 12.30 pm where they give me check in time 11.00am I told give my money back I am not staying here they refused to give my advance This hotel is not worth staying they don't have manners They want different types of customer Who's don't argue and they agree with what they saying they are not punctual for check in and out time
Good hotel to spend a night or a day. But they don't have a parking space so If you have motorbike it will be risky to stay there because you will have to keep your bike outside the hotel. Apart from that food rates are quite high so I suggest you to individual to skip eating food at this hotel . The receptionist as well as the other workers are cooperating and good people.
The hotel is located bang on road and can be easily located. Google maps assisted navigation was satisfactory. There is no proper arrangement for parking which results in chaos and haphazard parking, however, the staff, in their own capacity, will help you with that. The infrastructure is space saving and not at all wheelchair friendly. There was no arrangements for safety or exit in case of an event like fire. The lounge room was dirty with a stinky washroom attached to it and let's not discuss the accessories like faucets! The food was being prepared and dressed in open with flies having access to all the delicacies. Good part now, the staff was friendly and actually helps you out in case of any difficulty. They actually treat you like a king. The food was good and I recommend to try gulabjamun. Air-conditioning was fine. The space was appropriately utilised. The security guard, an old Sikh guy, stole the show. His attitude and behavior with each of the guests was appropriate and the way he greeted more than a hundred guests was commendable. So, one star for food and two for the staff...3*
Mosquito in room n bathroom. Smell in rooms, no ventilation in bathroom... Small parking space.. i have booked 2 rooms and fridge are not working in both rooms. Rates were cheaper than market rates through OYO bookings..food is delicious.. over all hotel is fine.
I have been to this place before. Though the service is mediocre I accept it with a grain of salt. However after we were led to our table and seated I noticed that the linen not only had food marks but also had some leftover food clinging to the linen. It took effort to convince the waiter to replace the linen. We ate our food, paid the bill, tipped the waiter, and left with a sour taste about the whole experience. Debating if I should go back in the future.
The rooms condition and hygiene is not upto the mark, sunlight and air ventilation is also a problem in most OYO properties, they have a nice bar which serve you drink and chilled beer the staff is supportive and quite Ok if you want to enjoy drink this place might help you other wise it's pretty average.
So I was invited for a retirement party. And when I went into the party Hall, I found out that there were two different parties being held in one single Hall.. they had separated them with drapes in a very ugly and non professional manner. No one could hear what was being said on the mic because both parties had their own sound systems and it was all scrambled.... The food was pathetic.... The waiters literally were just throwing stuff around. After lunch I didn't see any place to put my plates in so I asked one of the waiters who smiled and just asked me to throw them under the table or chairs.... There were plates lying everywhere.... Then the ice cream was being served on plates by the waiters.... They were not actually putting ice cream on the plates according to your wish or need.... They just spread a bunch of plates on the table and threw ice cream scoops in them.... They kept lying there until someone picked them up..... People would pick them up, realize that they were melted completely and so put them back down... And as the whole table was occupied with the plates filled with that running goop of ice cream, there was no space for any more plates to actually put the solid ice cream on..... Waiters kept on staring on you even after serving expecting tips..... In short, it was all a mess.... Will never recommend to anyone.....
