OYO 16462 Hotel Fb - Hotel in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Kharar - S.a.s Nagar, India

I have been to this hotel 3 different times my last experience was the worst one out of them all. I have always paid 1000 rupees every time. But this time I was asked to pay 800 because I had a guest with me. The first time I went I wasn't asked for extra money I also had a guest with me then. The staff there start being rude to customers once they get to know you. It's best to stay away from this place and go to a different hotel there are many more in Mohali this ain't the only hotel. They will try to scam you out of more money anyway possible. Rooms are not cleaned I had to wait until it was cleaned up. Paying the bill takes forever. They also add 2 items that I didn't even order I was lucky enough to check my bill bed I paid. It's best to go somewhere else.

I got allocated to basement room though I paid good amount. Which was having lot of Cockroaches everywhere. Is it Offence to bargain for amount. I was solo traveller on bike. Much tired, but because of this, not satisfied at all. Otherwise, Room service was pretty good with Highway location.

It's value for money. A very basic room - spacious, clean sheets, clean bathroom. We checked in very late, around midnight and checked out quite early. Check in was smooth. Food was served real fast, even at that hour, it was fresh and tasty. Cons: no ventilation. No window in room nor in toilet. The exhaust fan in the washroom is super loud and noisy and there is common switch for light and exhaust. The AC filter was fully clogged. Although the runner boy cleaned it for us immediately, it did take some 10-15mins. We were exhausted and had an early flight next morning, so that was a little irritating.

Very bad experience at this hotel. First problem with check in . then they give us room. TV was not working when call them they told our guy is coming he will fix this. almirah handle is broken, geyser not working again our guy is coming . Called 2 times for tea.....but after half an hour contacted them they were saying its not tea time. asked for rice and dal for kid. Riced they served were totally cold. I booked for 2 days but left this hotel next day morning. Loose my money for 1 day. Please dont book this hotel.

The food here was quite delicious and the room was also very clean and spacious. For rating it 4/5 the main reason is there is NO LIFT, NO WIFI (while booking it on OYO they promised to provide WIFI but they didn't provide it) and as I had a lot of luggage and as they didn't have lift so I needed labours to carry my luggage but they didn't provide it with that also.

One of the worst oyo I've come across to stay. The rooms are very dirty with torn bedspreads and dirty pillows. The basement room is more like store room. It doesn't look like premium oyo at all. Please reconsider before booking here. I'm sure you can find much better place for cheaper price than this. Even the hosts are worse as they checked us in after promising that they would cancel the booking.

Nice rooms and cooperative staff. Location is not good, it is on the highway and no cabs come in the early morning.

Room was Clean. But I notice one thing Almirha with mirror place where someone from outside can clear what's going inside even there was curtain but Still there is clear view from mirror and when I go for checkout I notice that thing. I am sure they try to things like that not recommend to any one This hotel not feel like safe hotel. If you guys see the almirha it's close to window the Almirha Mirror reflect outside so clearly someone from outside see you and even you don't notice anything who's watching you. Never recommend to anyone
