Good very nice 100%
Location of the hotel is on a very busy street just a few metres away from the Bagalgunte Bus Stop. It's in a building called Ammaji Arcade, the restaurant below has good quality food for average pricing. Food for the pricing they have is pretty good and haven't been disappointed so far. Since it's a OYO Room you get their regular OYO services too which include Wifi, A/C rooms, hampers from OYO and other such OYO's promised services. You have good kind staff and they certainly know how to make you feel comfortable.
The location is good and the connectivity for transport is exceptionlly good , I over all had a good experience , though I was bit panicked initially looking at their narrow entrance it's a kind of nice average cleaned room .. I must specially mention the receptionist Nandini who accomodated me after the shift from OYO but would like to mention Sirith who looks gentle but other wise he is total unprofessional . The owner RAJU is kinda arrogent ..not understanding the requirement. Complementary breakfast is just for name sake .. For a short stay .. I shall recommend , I should also mention Miss Ritu from OYO who helped me for shifting on unavailability of rooms great service by OYO .. Thank you
Not recommended * No difference between veg and non-vegetarian dishes. They give free bones with veg biryani. * Not available to take orders and totally chaos. Not synched don't know what to serve first or last. * Delays are expected but it's too high. * I don't want to mention about staff as it's not worth mentioning. Since there are not many restaurants this becomes easy pick.
Rooms are neat and tidy. Highly recommend when it comes to price. If some one is booking for marriage and etc, it's good. You will all facilities including Metro Station service...
If thr was no star I could have even rated that. Owner is worst n worst. Completely inhumanity attitude towards customers. Treating as if we are begging and they are giving everything for free. Staff doesn't have proper training how to treat thr guests. If anyone from outside wants to visit us in the hotel they will charge 500 extra to meet our own frnds. Strictly I don't reccomend this bloody hell hotel just becoz of its owner damn bad attitude. Don't go thr and loose ur respect.
Better choice for who want to stay near Yaswantpura,Nagasandra and on Heseraghatta main road. Located on main road itself and many accessible restaurants within walkable distance.Nearby local bus stop to commute and metro rail is within distance of 2-3 km. Rooms are spacious. Con is Main entrance is somewhat narrow to get to lift.
The can't handle one group with veg and non-veg. Got chicken in veg biryani, got only ice-cream instead of faluda. The service is extremely show, and the waiter don't bother to take the order as well. Overall a very bad experience.
