One of the worst experiences with OYO. The room allotted to me was different from what was shown in the picture during booking. The linen and room was dirty. The water in the toilet was also dirty. The front desk staff was very rude, when I asked him to change the linens, he simply refused and told me to contact OYO and cancel the booking. They did not provide the toiletries, towel, mosquito repellent liquid. They also forgot to provide the complimentary breakfast, which was provided after my complaint to the OYO captain. Please please please avoid this guest house.
If I could rate this place in negative I would definitely be doing that. We had reservations here through Oyo and when we arrived their they informed us they do not allow couples. Well what kind of policy is that. It doesn't matter if you're married or 2000 miles away from home. This hotel portrays what is wrong with the people of our country. Even education couldn't help them. At least the hotel could mention this while making a reservation but non was given. And the refund would take almost a week. Worst hotel I have ever been.
