OYO 16372 The Vantage - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

Would strongly recommend not staying here. The rooms were beyond horrible. We booked 4 rooms for our group. We called ahead 2 hours to make the rooms were ready because we were arriving late. When we came the rooms were made but you could see stains on the sheets and the walls looked as though people had stepped all over them. We ended up leaving the hotel because the replacement sheets were also dirty. Very large stains all over. The towels were not only dirty but also wet and had holes. The bathrooms were filthy. No one in the group felt comfortable at all. Very very bad experience .

Tiny rooms, no elevator, no dinking water facility hence you have to purchase every drop of drinking water. Ground floor rooms having big glass area above the door which quite transparent hence no privacy you can expect. Linens were dirty and staff were not friendly. They make simple things complicated. Not recommend.

TV wasn't working. No cable connection. Had to call reception a number of times still nothing happened. During checkout they took my phone & gave themselves 5 star which I hope is not conveyed by OYO to all hotels to be done so. Also, the room was not as shown in the OYO website.

Heavy rules like timely check out.always they remind our checkout. Even if all rooms empty. Area also not good. No lift.no geiser. Bed also not good. Hotel name and board only good. They don't have bucket also for hot water. Address is far from agra cantt railway station. WiFi password not provided. Extra 10minutes also they charge. Money looters. Best cheating hotel.

A new property for the budget conscious tourist within a kilometer of the East Gate of Taj, on Shilpagram road. You can walk to the Taj or take the battery operated cart to the monument from the hotel. Hotel is well equipped and has a roof top restaurant. Rooms are a bit small and cramped, but good enough for a night's rest for tourists.

Polite staff. Good service. Rooms are small but you can view Taj Mahal from rooftop. The chef cooks very tasty food.

Highly recommended The Rooftop of this Hotel is like the perfection of this area. You can see the full veiw of Taj from the Rooftop. And you can see the best view of Agra. And you can enjoy the finest meal over the rooftop. Apart from that the room is very decently comfort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best place in agra for Hangout. Room was badly maintained walls had damp and paint were coming off and linen were stained. TV setop boxbadapter was installed on requesting it several times. Called captain he disconnected the phone without listening to my issue I reiterate SMS saying query was resolved. It was not worth the money. Just got corporate tie up but it's really bad service.
