OYO 16351 Spree Guest House - Hotel in Kolkata - Presidency, India

Recommended for students who want to stay for Exams or other tasks. The behavior of the Staff is very friendly. Thank you guys, my stay was very comfortable. I will visit again. Overall: 1. Clean room. 2. Clean Bathroom. 3. Great behavior of the staff. 4. Location is good. Improvement: 1. Foods has to to be less expensive. Guys what's the difference b/t living in the ground and in the air ha ? 2. Quality of food is to to be improved. 3. For water open aqua guard should be present, man staying and paying for drinking water is not a Good Idea.

The main issue with this guest house is the staff. The supervisor present at the time of check-in was extremely rude/arrogant. The property is advertised as free parking available but there is no parking available at this property, be prepared to park your vehicle on the roads. The complimentary breakfast has just 2 options to choose from maggi and bread omelette. There are also lot of mosquitoes here. Definitely not recommended.

First of all the room in picture is different than the actual room. They might have only one such room. The light in the room is so low you won't be able to know if the bedsheets are clean. You get only limited bread omllet or bread butter in breakfast after paying for it. That too after 8:30 AM. I paid for it. The other problem if you don't opt for it ther is no nearby restaurants for breakfast. Only good thing staff behaviour is good. Very polite. They don't allow outside food so u r forced to order from there. I stayed 3 nights and it was a struggle. Please check before booking.

Did not like the attitude of the staff. I stayed for three nights, the room was not cleaned during my stay! Location is good, rooms are decent but the staff needs to learn some hospitality etiquettes, specially the one who mans the front desk late evening.

Excellent Hotel. Privacy Guranteed. The hotel is in a good place though a little difficult to locate, but if you are looking for privacy, this is perfect. The bottom 2 floors are office. And top floors are for some other purpose. The hotel rooms are in the 4th and 6th floors as per my knowledge. But it's perfect and totally reliable. No disturbance. Bathroom was perfect too. Easy Check-In and Check-Out. Staff behaviour was good. Only had to pay tips to the guards at the gate of that building but I should mention that they were not the hotel employees.

Good hotel to stay at budget rate in a prime location but the food service is not as per expectation. They don't have any variety for breakfast either bread omelette or Maggi. Rest staying in this hotel is good and staff is also good.

The location is good, just beside AMRI hospital. But the behavior of hotel staff not upto the mark. While checkin my guest coming from Bangladesh, I am with them to ensure they should not face any issue, the receptionist update guest can not wait more than 5 mins inside the room. I never experience such policy or attitude from other OYO rooms.

No parking facility available whereas Oyo has listed Free parking for this place.Property is adjacent to a service road and guests are expected to leave their vehicles there without any security/supervision. Complimentary breakfast is just bread-omlette on a spree. TV without any channels subscribed available! Staff not very co-operative. Plus points: Hot water and AC only. So definitely a budget hotel, no clue why the high ratings though
