OYO 16169 Sahdev Guest House - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

Hotel staff needs to be changed. Amenities to be updated as suddenly at 2 pm at night the bed of one of our room had broken. Attendants to be guided to give importance to customer service and doing their duty of cleaning and maintenance and being faithful to customer.

The hotel is good. Service by staff is very good too especially by Mr Bhoom Singh. Hot water was not available on our second day of stay. The only bad thing is that they asked me 5 times for a review and give them a 5Star rating, otherwise service was great.

This is one of most pathetic property. The room shown in picture and the actual rooms are different. They gave me room of 12 x 10 and told me all other rooms are booked. I was checking in at night 12 and after long drive. My wife and kid was exhausted and Oyo had already took full payment so I had no other choice but to oblige them. I will post pictures of room latter. I will stongly recommend you go go other properties where you will get clean and large room for same price.

i am a travel tour guide and i visit hole India and i always need best hotel so i always choose OYO rooms its pocket friendly budge but this OYO 16169 Sahdev Guest House very cheap service and i am taking not only service they all are behavior very rude and manner and i am very angry for that i have already complain consumer court court and OYO support.......some staffs are drunk..include manager. I suggest all peoples don't book this hotel .

Blood stained linen,tobacco stained walls of the room,red stains of tobacco on the curtains as well,faulty electric wiring,air conditioner making so much noise that one would check it for exploding every now and then out of fear.Management and receptionist are rude to say the least.This property is listed on Oyo and as soon as you reach the place after booking it on the app they shamelessly reject your booking saying the tariff which you paid is not acceptable. Why on earth have you listed your property on oyo if you aren't comfortable with the pricing?Moreover they refuse talking to any customer care executive over the issue and simply turn a blind eye to your problem.Blood stains on the linen!!You are paying for getting infected by hepatitis over here.I wish I could rate it even lower than a single star.There are 1000 places in jodhpur much better than this Guest house for this price tag.I would go one step ahead and advise people to lie under the sky on bus stands and railway platforms instead of opting to stay here.Stop cheating people

What a worst category hotel! Wont recommend to anyone, if any user find this hotel in oyo or google best results, so dont book otherwise you will be have devil nights over there, and staffs of this 0 class hotel are an another comedian part, which cant describe in single word. The important person, who sitting on reception that person saying we dont have oyo room hence i booked room from oyo app and oyo employee confirmed the room. He is running fruad business there by doing such tricky games with travelers. Make sure hotel should be closed and i complained about every single note which i had faced. Highly NOT recommended hotel for any of worst cases.

This property management makeing phool ... Staff behaviour is very rude they don't know how to treat with guest... So i suggest to all dears or nears don't go in this property or hotel .... Bcs in this property or hotel not taking your security responsibilty.. if you going with your boyfriend or girlfriend they are asking many questions or demands more money without any security or responsibility..

Horrible situation in first time visit. I have visited the hotel in very fast time and there I met with uncomfortable zone. No proper hospitality , no room clearing nothing. I asked the manager and the he ignored that.
