OYO 1616 The Grand Welcome - Hotel in Manali - Shimla, India

We booked 4 rooms for 8 people. * Clean rooms. * Hot water 24/7. * Had a problem with one room but they changed it efficiently. * Staff is 4/5. * Didn't tried room service. * Their breakfast is good. Got sufficient variety and humble service. * Dinner was fine too. It was not spicy but was for more general audience. *They got big parking area for your car.

Worst Service, Rude staff, no cooperation , stopped us during dinner to pay amount for charges, The Sales team Ms. Deepthi, she is unfit for the job , she turned off her phone while speaking . They behaved so rude to pay during dinner or else they didn't allow to eat , since we had another day, we would pay during checkout, Will never ever suggest this hotel to anyone. They said they had orders to collect the kid charges, orders means !!? We said we are going to pay during checkout , and the staff also not co operative, house keeping is also worst, Hotel is not good as they stated in their website , in real it's far different and Less than average. Reviewed while still staying.

Value for money. Clean and spacious rooms. The dinner and breakfast buffet is fine. The only negative is that it's a bit away from the main market. The room that was given to me did not had any valley view.

Pathetic. A Big No No for this hotel. Paid good money for such a dirty unhygienic hotel room. Booked a deluxe room but its close to a standard room. Actually standard rooms are better in other hotels compared to this one. Had to pay extra 500 rupees to get the heat turned on in our room. From super dirty curtain to torn and dirty quilt cover, bed sheet and pillows which you won't like to use. Side tables and other are dirty, like someone wiped them with a super dirty cloth. Have to stick a piece of paper along with room key to make sure electricity stays on. No hot water available all time. They have very short timings for hot water which are so inconvenient. Called reception when hot water was not coming at the designated time and no resolution. Washroom was unhiegneic and dirty with broken tap and curtain rod. A simple no no for this hotel. Staff is good but a major management problem.

Very good hotel as per budget. U must have ur own vehicle for staying here as it is little far from Ridge. Parking not an issue in the hotel. Inclusion of breakfast or any other meal in plan is not recommended as buffet has only 2-3 food items. But food is really good if u order on daily basis. So stay n order ur food.

I was there for a drink or two....and i realy enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was quick. The Eatables we ordered were delicious and we enjoyed a lot . Nice place to have a big party or a small party with friends or family.

Below average hotel,facilities were not up to the mark...the washroom was a disaster..not properly maintained n was unclean...the only thing i loved here was food...breakfast and dinner was amazing here..... There is no good view from the windows of the room...... But if you are looking for something cheap this can be a good option

Good place in Shimla to have food n drinks. Actually apart from mall road and other busiest markets of Shimla where you don't find parking facilities, it's a nice place to come and enjoy with family and friends. Spacious and comfortable with nice ambiance. Staff is very cooperative and preparation of food items are delicious with good service. Nice place to hangout with the small group in weekend. A small group can also hangout in the discotheque but remember it's not like metropolitan cities, but good as in place like Shimla.
