OYO 16147 Hotel Jyoti Continental Agra - Hotel in Agra - Agra, India

Totally bad experience, room kind of ok for night sleep, but bathroom geyser not working also water not comming at all. rooms not clean bed sheets are dirty. doors not close well. staffs are good they try to give good services but lack of infrastructure they failed.

undoubtedly the worst hotel in AGRA...if you plan to book a room & pay them earlier be ready to be get fool... 1.price is too much in comparison to room. If you pay them earlier they will gv u a worst room and told you that all other rooms are booked .What will do if with luggage & family member with kids&ladies. ?? 2.No Room facility .I have requested the manager/room service for ac repair almost 20 times but no one comes to repair ac. For drinking water we have to beg mercy of the room boy... 3.I have traveled many places but i never meet any cruel& greedy person like this manager of this hotel. I have a booking (with my bank holiday home in this hotel) I have booked two rooms but unfortunately room no s are not mentioned in booking letter. I have requested the manger to give me a room at first so that my family member(4) can rest their after a 20 hr long journey. But he said that only two person he will allow other have to sit outside.I never get such cruel behavior. Having no alternative i have to visit my branch(10km ) and when i back they give me two room but the worst. Now my dear travelers think twice before booking

They are charging a lot in comparison to the facilities they are providing. Television is not working. They do not have kitchen within hotel. Soaps and shampoos are not provided. Their prices are very high.

Worst hotel I have ever visited.. Hotel manager is a goon, pathetic room service. worst food. They put taxes even on glass of water. when we asked about it that fat goon (manager) started fighting with us. No Mobile connectivity no wifi. Never higher the cab from hotel, even after paying the full charges their driver will ask you for extra money. Never visit this hotel. Just to post this I have to click on star otherwise i don't want to... They turn Agra trip into worst experience.

The rooms are huge, but poor services. It'll take life out of you to open the taps for water. Food is also very expensive. AC works good ,the tv too. I don't recommend it that eagerly. You will find same kind of hotel with better services elsewhere too.

So my agent book this hotel for me, which is bad and i am so mad with that agent. The hotel is basically under renovation when i went there, there are smells and also dust everywhere because of the construction work. And the construction is actually inside the hotel. I google it stated that the hotel is 3 stars, but trust me you can find other 3 stars hotel which is better than this.

Never go to this hotel. Non friendly staffs, excessive food price, poor ac condition, no wifi signal at room ( it was available only at lobby) poor room maintenance etc. Only location is good. But there are many hotels in the same provinces. Sorry that I could not share hotel photos as I was not in mood to take those :/

It's not even worst of giving 1 star also. I would rather prefer to rate in negative if possible. One of the worst stay had in my life. Even after the discussion before checking in, the person changed the word and that bugger looted me for Rs 800 for just 6 hrs and rejected to give receipt for the amount paid. And speaks very rudely..
