Quite good place to stay with tasty food but quite expensive
Booked using oyo but got issues in room and washroom. water leakage in 205 due to which complete floor was full of water, toilet is not seems comfortable. personally I were thinking to give 0 star but in morning reception manager checked out my room between 8-9 am so that immediately they get option of giving star rating they asked me to give good rating otherwise don't rate I simply told them do something favorable I will. think so they provided 2 tea and 1 water bottle as complementary my room mate told me that they didn't charged for that what they think that we are giving our rating for 60 rupees we give rating because we share our experience with others if you think you spend 60 rupees or good rating then plz provide your paytm or Phonepe number I will pay you 120 rupees but plz from next time make sure to give good service to guest and provide that type of room which is shown as per oyo quality standards I am sorry friend I can't stop myself from sharing my experience
This is a very old hotel that badly needs renovation. The rooms have many issues such as the door locks don't work, toilet doesn't flush. The bathroom tiles are so bad and dirty that you don't feel like taking a shower/bucket bath. Non availability of hot water during the cold winter months is another issue. Only 1 bath towel was provided for a room booked for 2 adult+ 1child and additional towel was not provided even after asking. The towel was not replaced the next day, neither the sheets were changed. On the backside of the hotel there is a huge dumpyard which brings many mosquitoes in the hotel. The hotel themselves were dumping in the same. Basically, it was the worst experience. Probably a dharm shala will have better rooms than here.
This hotel is listed on OYO, but quality of the hotel is far below OYO standards. Prefer to call it a LODGE than a HOTEL. This property needs an immediate renovation. I stayed for two days (Mar 2019) with my family of four and had booking of two double bed rooms. Initially, we were provided a room that were stinking terribly, congested, without any window/opening for passage of Natural Air/Light. But when we rejected that room, they shifted us to two rooms on 2nd floor, and they were only COMPARATIVELY better. Bathrooms were not clean enough, cobwebs, broken tiles, broken doors, old damaged dressing tables. Even the room doors were not closing properly. Door latches were barely holding the doors, which is reason to worry for safety of families and belongings. Some rooms have intercom, some do not. AC-s in some of the rooms were in very bad shape. They do not have restaurant inside the hotel, but if you order, they will bring food from their nearby restaurant. The closest food court is some 500 meters walking distance and is good enough. Anyway, tea/bread are available at hotel itself. Hotel staffs and reception were polite, humble, courteous and helpful. Room services were quick. Location : Although the hotel is located a little outskirts of Temples and Monasteries, (almost at the border of residential area), e-rickshaws were readily available for coming and going to Main temple and market areas.
Bed sheets were not changed, no soap given, no cleaning of rooms, dirty blanket and bed sheets. Totally upset. I was supposed to give 1 star, but due to the fact that warm water was provided during this chilled winter(from 6 am to 10 am) which was a saviour for me,i am giving 2 star! And the most rude one was that they refused our complementary breakfast. Our booking was for 2 days and it was the most bad experience i had ever in my life!
Good service in the hotel.. And good facility service....
It was okay but service wasn't prompt and toewls weren't provided at beginning.. we booked two rooms but one was given and second one given after hrs.. Breakfast is included but it wasn't served at room..we had to go to tirupati restaurant nearby.. Location is good.. But some more better hotels are to explore nearby..
