Totally weste hotel. Any kind of service is worst. The recieption person is miss behave any time lady and guests. No warm water service in morning, No room services, no parking facility, no common sense to talk customers. Nonsense recieption person.

Worst service, no towels provide and when i request then provide me dirty usable towels... No anyone can stay here...waste of money and worst hotel...

The worst hotel I have come across. I will never recommend this to any one . No proper services no hot water no proper Tv connection if u tell any problem they will clear issue after 3days.. first most all the receptionist guys are totally worst so arrogant and egoistic . They don't know to speak with the guests mannerless and ask to pay and clear the bill in one day shot . Totally *Zero* They have just maintained the lobby area so clean and tidy to attract the tourists. Worst experience and worst hotel Totally awfull and disgusting.

Located at the bottom of Nampally Metro Station and a few meters walking distance from Nampally station, very easy to reach. All the transportation you need either metro train, local train, Busses, Auto Riksha and the Railway. Masjid on its right side and the famous Aziziya Hotel is on the left side so no need to wander for Salah (Prayers) as well as breakfast/lunch/dinner or the special Malai chai. But you will need to compromise the luxury as the rooms are just ok, the lift may work or may not work depending on your luck. Same with the service, just enter your personal details in the register, take the keys and forget the rest of the service. Even the telephone is not working or the line is disconnected in some of the rooms, so if you need something, you should have the receptionist mobile number or else you need to go down to the reception desk. It is no longer an OYO hotel.

One should not try this. Worst reception, ridiculous rooms, no parking. No safety of the belongings in the rooms.

In the evening, they assured to provide hot water at 7:00 am but in the morning refused to provide. Rude people.

Never recommend this. They will charge you tax amount also but when we ask for bill or gst bill they don't have that. Even they dont have a proper seal also. The man in the reception mr. SarFaraz is a scammer beware of him. Rooms were very unhigenic with a bad smell and un maintained. Switches were brocken so chances for electric shock. More over this property is insecure for Ladies and family the staff attitude towards ladies is very bad. Try to avoid it for the safety. Also beware of brockers who standing infront of hotel

It was really a very bad experience with this hotel. --No room service available. --They will give only one bottle of water in whole day. --Dirty beds and its arrangement. --No hot water. --Highly non-higienic bathrooms. --No focus on higiene from staffs --Most of the switches are not working. and the most important thing, if you will complain with hotel staff for such a rubbish kind of services...they responds in highly rude way, the staffs are highly arrogant. Never suggest anyone to book this hotel again.
