If see any reviews above 3, these reviews must be from owner's friends or relatives. I will narrate a funny story. I did my booking for this hotel(i should have read the reviews here) via OYO. I was visiting the city for Ind Vs SA. When I reached the hotel, they said they have no rooms. When I showed my booking they said they have no tie up with OYO These guys are so dumb and give so lame excuses. They obviously sold off my room to another person who must paid more amount offline. Being in the hospitality business, I doubt they will be able to survive for long. Such uneducated, illiterate and useless owners. Both husband and wife

Cons: The room was dirty and unkempt. The sheets were stained and smelled musty. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor. The toilet was dirty and clogged. The air conditioner was not working properly. Overall Experience: I was very disappointed with my stay at The Dirty Inn. The room was dirty and unkempt, and the staff did not seem to be concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not stay here again. Specific Examples: When I first entered the room, I was immediately struck by the smell of mildew. The sheets were stained and there was hair in the bathtub. The toilet was dirty and clogged, and there was water on the floor around it. The air conditioner was not working properly, and the room was very hot and humid. Recommendations: The management of The Dirty Inn should take steps to improve the cleanliness of the hotel. The sheets should be washed more often, and the bathrooms should be cleaned more thoroughly. The air conditioner should also be repaired. Conclusion: I was very disappointed with my stay at The Dirty Inn. The room was dirty and unkempt, and the staff did not seem to be concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not stay here again.

I was in staying here for business trip ,it's location is very near to park street, room size is small for single person it's good. While staying I faced problems like there was no lift,rooms were not cleaned properly and too much mosquito. But I was glad that mam who looks after this property were nice and tried to solve it.

Booked the hotel through FabHotel website and upon reaching there they said that due to overbooking they cannot accommodate us and asked us to leave. Since we have paid the advance so we had the customer care of FabHotel and indicated the whole incident. After a series of confusion we were given the rooms but was also humiliated by the so owner called Ms. Hasina and her husband. Also the location of the hotel and the rooms are not worth the price paid. But the housekeeping staffs were good and polite.

Non cooperative attitude of most of the staffs. In a word, most of the non bengali staff in hotel business are not so cordial and not maintain cleanliness. We checked 2 different mid budget hotel in this area both are dirty. As like other bengali staff in ccu. He is one of the greatest man, big hearted person I have ever seen in Kolkata. But other hassels which you will face,made your journey hell.

Don't get confuse as they incautiously advertise and may appear as in a well vicinity of Park Street. However, the premises in located in the narrow lanes and it's pretty difficult for a four wheeler to pave its way towards the hotel. The major disappointing part is locality. You may see local guys unnecessarily roaming and performing bike stunts. Therefore, may cause a little discomfort for families (specially when you have ladies in company). My family attended a marriage reception at this premises and if I had known the locality before, possibly I would have dropped my plans. Rest I am not sure about the room tarrif or anything, if affordable this place is a good convenient spot if you have business to deal with around park street/esplanade area. Thanks.

I had booked the hotel and paid 5k. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking and spoke to Mr. Rahul Malhotra who says to be the owner of the hotel and was extremely rude and using foul languages when asked for the refund of the booking. The entire staffs are rude and bad behaved. Do not ever book this hotel....

GALTI SE BHI MAT JANA..!For Women it is not safe.. They book though oyo and when you will reach there they will ask you to cancle for website and they have there own price list they asked me 3k.. and behavior of staff was very bad..they snatched my phone started checking at what price oyo booked...And also I found it was not safe for women...they don't know how to behave with women..it was harrasing for me...They where too bad people...and in front of hotel there is haunted type home....If you are staying there..better you search good hotel in park street but don't go there...
