It's a value for money type of stay. Mainly for Business travellers. You get a decent ac room with a geyser and tv at a reasonable price in this area. The cleanliness could have been better but that's fine. If you are going to this place only to have a good night sleep then you can ignore everything else. This is walkable distance from Ramanuj IT park. It's close to the main road where you find all the shops like confectionery, medicine etc. Also there are a couple of restaurants on the main road. Even the families with tight budgets can prefer this.

I stayed in City Manor in June '23 for a 2D-2N. Small room. Clean condition. Convenient location. Quiet at all times. Nice tree cover outside to park car in shade. I think that lane is dead-end road , so very less traffic flow. Minor plumbing issues : leak during flush. Otherwise no problem. We didn't need any room service, so no idea about that. Fantastic location: close to bus stop and nice restaurants: New Jayanthi & 2 more. 700m from large supermarket: Kovai Pazhamudhir Nilayam. Would choose this again if need to visit Thiruvanmiyur / Besant Nagar.
Even though it's in city center of Thiruvanmiyur.... Rooms are a bit lousy... Washroom taps are not good to operate especially in a suite room... Service is also to be asked for basic amenities...

The hotel rooms are neat and clean. It's located in a prime location and public transport is easily accessible. The staff areas polite and responsive.
Delux room 4 members. room was congested small. Dirty room boy. He did not help us with our packages. Dirty hotel , bed , pillows, cover dirt corners, window, screens. Bad disgusting smell. Bathroom taps all not cleaned for years, fully corroded, but bath room floor and toilet were clean. Drinking water was served in flask like pot, spider web bounch near its opening! told the room boy to take it back. Brought dirty extra bed we were having our bedsheets covered everything with that, very uncomfortable anyway. landline, mobile no one picked. reception number was not 9. no information on the phone. after knowing the reception no called no one responded. hot water control was switched off from control room. took cold bath. not worth to stay becos of cleanliness & bad service, but location is a big plus, also good connectivity bustop, auto and you can park ur car in front of that at ur own risk.
