OYO 15915 Hotel Star Inn - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Room is very small and not cleaned. There is only a very small window which does not open and very dirty. They charges Rs.1800 per room which is never worth of the room and position they provides. Switch boards are broken. Overall, very bad experience, will never recommend anyone to go here.

The behavior of the hotel staff's are really good. However, they need more motivation from the hotel leadership team so that they can improve the service quality like initiative of cleaning the room on a regular basis, providing drinking water to the room. It was mostly like help yourself on a positive mode. The food is good but very limited to Bengali cuisine. They need to add some more items to the Restaurant menu card and reduce the cost of the items. The sea facing balcony rooms are really awesome. The hotel manager is really awesome and very helpful. Definitely would like to visit again and would like to see the improvements in terms of service quality. Also, would recommend my family and friends in 'Star Inn Mandevilla' Puri. My 2 years daughter enjoyed s lot. Thank you!!!

behaviour is veryyyyy good. without any dough. location is good. But very poor in cleaning and maintenance at this moment. we didn't had any mirror , almirah. room was not clean. We told them that they said it's due to lockdown hotel was not running so this and that happen with room. I hope they will look after on those part.

Worst experience ever. 1. No TV in the room although it was mentioned at the time of booking. 2. Water leaking out from AC and falling over the bed. 3. Bathroom was not even clean. 4. Switchboard were broken and not working. Wires were coming out - This is dangerous as per safety is concerned. Although a new room was given to us on 2nd day of our stay but the TV in that room was also damaged. Note: Don't waste your money and vacation - Don't book this hotel.

well behaved staff. took absolutely good care my privacy. zero intervention except. direct room service for complementary breakfast. need little bit of improvement in maintaining hygiene room everyday during stay. privacy

Switch boards are broken. Every switch is not working properly. Ceiling fan regulator is not working properly. TV wire not connected properly with set top box, so most of the time it shows not receiving signal. No lift is available. There is lots of hidden terms and conditions. If you want to get a paid punishment then please do visit here. We've to change the hotel. They threaten us for not give any bad review. They also give us attempting to murder threat. When we going to make complaints they also make very rude behaviour with my wife. You can't get water from tap in washroom. Only one positive thing is refrigerator available in the room.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Puri. The hotel is situated at an extremely accessible location. Many rooms are sea-facing. I was just mesmerized entering the rooms. The staff's hospitality is also to be noted. It is just speechless. We feel very nostalgic staying at this hotel.The staff is very responsive.-the service is exceptional. The food here is very tasty. Also the food is very homely. Also the amenities - 1. oil 2.shampoo 3.conditioner 4.comb 5.shaving kit 6.sanitary bag 7.shower cap 8.laundry bag Overall I am very happy staying at this hotel and I shall stay here whenever I come to Puri. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel and spend a nice time staying here.
